Perfect place to stay in local neighbourhood and explore big cities like Florence.
Property is well kept. Location is perfect, well connected to trams and buses and in safe community.
The only negative points were - 1. We could hear the noise created by occupants staying above and neighbours, especially people talking out in the area at midnight. 2. Provision of dishwasher would be helpful.

Perfecto
Super espacioso. Contaba con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, no nos faltó nada. El barrio es muy lindo, muy tranquilo y cuenta con muchos locales cerca de la estación. 100% recomendable.
Si bien tuvimos un problema técnico con la electricidad, la persona a cargo resolvió rápidamente dándonos indicaciones y todo se solucionó rápido.

Super gut ausgestattet, jedes Detail ist gut durchdacht. Florenz ist gut erreichbar
Tolle Ausstattung, war absolut alles vorhanden, man hat wirklich an jedes kleine Detail gedacht . Gute Erreichbarkeit nach Florenz ( in ca.40 Minuten ist man im historischen Zentrum; die Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar) Alles in einem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für mögliche Ausflüge in die Toskana und um Florenz und die Kultur und Geschichte rund um die Medici's zu erkunden.
Die Wohnung ist leider im Parterre und dadurch hat man etwas weniger Sicherheitsgefühl.
