Nice clean spacious apartment, comfortable beds quiet location.
Had a small issue with the check in process, where I couldn’t reach the host and had to contact booking on the morning of check in day, but it was all sorted and communication went smoothly afterwards with the host.

A spacious, beautifully decorated apartment with comfortable beds, a lovely shower, a fully equipped kitchen, excellent privacy for two couples, convenient grocery shopping nearby, and an easy tram ride to Florence—just remember to bring an adapter for the non-European-style plugs.
I did not like the check in application and found it a bit difficult to do on my phone. I would have appreciated the registration option to be offered at the time of booking vs the day of arrival.
