Comfortable and nice stay

Spacious and full of amenities. Air conditioning in every room. It even had a computer to use. A cafe was right next door. Also close to the tram station. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Florence and it runs every 3 minutes.

What a great apartment! Clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Ideal if you travel by car and want to visit Florence by public transport (tram). Above all, Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely like to go here again.

Very well location close to the tram station. Great apartment very functional with two sun exposure and balcony. Well equipments in the kitchen. Alessandro is reactive and avalaible.

Nice apartment, great location away from hustle and bustle of the city centre

We've had a great stay here,. The flat is only a couple minutes walk from the tram station , and a 15 min journey will take you into the heart of Florence. Massive bonus, there is plenty of free parking on the road just outside. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for family break. Alessandro was a great host, he got in touch with us right from beginning and then help in any way he could during our stay, we even had a little problem with our booking -down to us- but Alessandro was very understanding and the issue was resolved in no time.

Alessandro has been helpful from the beginning. The apartment is very well equipped, has A/C in all the rooms and kitchen. Washer is a plus. The tram is just a block away and runs every 6 minutes.

Nice apartment with all the needed accessories. Recommended for couple Good transportation to/ from city center and guided tours meeting point (5 min walk) The supermarket is close by (10 min walk) Excellent coffee bar and cakes in the building

Ci tornerò sicuramente!

L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort e non ti rendevi conto di trovarti in un'abitazione turistica, ti sentivi proprio come a casa. Sotto la pasticceria Marisa e a due passi la tramvia che ti porta direttamente nel centro storico di Firenze. Alessandro persona molto competente ed estremamente gentile che ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, rimanendo sempre disponibile.

Très bien, confort, calme et pratique avec voiture

Appartement plus grand que nous avons pensé. Il y avait tout ce qu il fallait equipements, même une machine a laver le linge, de la nourriture pour depanner. Alessandro très reactif bien que nous n avons pas pu le rencontrer. Pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue sans problème. Le Tram a 5mn , duree du trajet 20mn pour le centre de Florence . Un petit resto familial très bon pour le soir a 5mn a pied Il Crostino.

Ottimo appartamento!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura. L’appartamento è ampio e vicinissimo alla linea del tram (due minuti a piedi). Questo significa che in 15 minuti ci si ritrova al centro di Firenze senza troppi sforzi. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è possibile trovare facilmente parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni della struttura. Altro punto positivo, c’è un’ottima pasticceria vicino al portone dove si trova l’appartamento! Ci ritornerò senz’altro!

Очень большие и просторные апартаменты, в которых есть все для комфортного проживания, очень хороший хозяин к которому можно обратиться за любым вопросом ( отдельное спасибо) очень удобное расположение для тех кто приехал на машине и хочет посмотреть флоренцию, остановка трамвая 3 мин. пешком, и через 20 минут вы в самом центре, Когда следующий раз поеду или кто то из друзей обязательно буду останавливаться именно здесь
