Lovely comfortable apartment in a country setting close to the charming neighborhood of Galluzzo

The apartment is in a traditional charming Tuscan farmhouse style, with friendly resident cats in the courtyard. It is family run and the brothers, Enrico and Giovanni, are exceptionally hospitable and kind.

Note that the property is on a long one way street pointing away from Firenze. This won’t matter for those on foot or bike, but it does add several minutes to the drive by car into the city.

Great quiet place to stay in Florence

Great place for several people or family. Rooms are very comfortable, the furniture is old, but it gives a special charm, it brings back memories of some good old times when I was a child and used to visit my grandparents. Two bathrooms, one of which is adapted for people with disabilities. And a very important thing, private parking in the yard. City centar is just several minutes away if you go by car. The yard is large, great for relaxing after a hard day, you just need to be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes. The host is very nice and kind.

The smaller bathroom lacks a holder for towels and soap. WiFi signal inside the premises is quite bad, the best is in the yard. A signal booster would solve the problem.

Me and my family likes everything there - the apartment was very big for us with lot of space, 2 bathroomss, all needed facilities in kitchen, comfortable beds. Also we like space outside our apartment with grass, sunbeds and table and chairs. The parking place was closest to our place and we likes our very kind and generous host Enrico.

It is a big apartment, and the host is a nice guy. Easy check in and out.

The apartment is far from the city centre. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and then it can literally take an hour to reach the centre. There are some construction work around the city, so buses will not come as frequently as they should and they change the route (so you actually never know where you are heading to). Coming back to the apartment on a Friday night was truly a challenge.

Superb location with private parking. The property was surrounding in a beautiful hill side neighborhood only 3 kms away from Florence old town.

Perfect family vacation in Florence

The place is a haven of peace enourmously welcome at the end of very busy days in the crazy touristic busy Florence. The accomodation is located in a farm inside the limits of the city. We had 3 gigantic bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a nice kitchen with a large dinning table. The kitchen was somewhat modestly equipped, but what we needed was there. The furniture of the bedrooms was just pure art, every piece was in handcrafted massive wood, some of the items felt as though they could be part of the Palazzo Vecchio collection. Authenticity is just about everything in this apartment, the host and the people in the farm, the neighborhood with artisan bakeries, specialty butchers, pizzas... the olive trees lining the street... what a place!

Our best stay in Italy

Our best stay in Italy. Very friendly and caring owner - we received a lot of useful information, care was taken not to miss anything (safe parking place, well equipped kitchen in the house, air conditioning and heating, comfortable beds), we felt welcome. Very clean! It is rare for us that everything in an accommodation is perfect, but here it was exactly like that - the owner deserves the maximum rating. Grazie! Our best regards!

Better than the pictures, would definitely stay again!

The location was beautiful. It is very quiet and scenic. The supermarket is about 15-20 minutes walking and the bus stop is about 10 minutes walking. I would recommend renting a car to explore Tuscany but you can definitely get around without one. Enrico is extremely kind and has very detailed instructions to get around, to the supermarket and attractions. He let us check in earlier and gave us a ride to the supermarket because it was raining!

It was pretty cold as the heater only comes on for a few hours but that is not the fault of the host. Just something to keep in mind.

Spacious rooms with view over the countryside, the farm is ideally situated when travelling in Italy by car as it is very close to the autostrada. You can then leave the car safely parked inside the gated property and easily get into central Florence by bus. The apartment is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower, which is a little capricious.

l'appartement est dans un quartier calme de Florence. Un arrêt de bus se situe à 700 m du logement. Il y a un parking privé pour la voiture. Parfait pour quelques jours à Florence.

Затишне місцерозташування. А 5 хвилинах зупинка автобуса який їде в центр міста. Також звідси їздили поїздом до Пізи, дуже зручно, щоб не гнати своє авто. Наявність парковки на закритій території. Дуже гостинні господарі, на всі наші питання ми отримали відповідь та допомогу. Пропоную це помешкання. Як будемо у ціх краях, обовʼязково зупинимось тут знову.

Wspaniały gospodarz, wytłumaczył wszystko przed przyjazdem. Odpowiedział na wszystkie pytania po przyjeździe, oraz w trakcie pobytu. Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku. Piękny widok z okna oraz z ogrodu. Séjour très agréable qui nous a permis de bien visiter Florence la journée tout en étant au calme le soir à la campagne.

L’appartement très agréable. Très bonne literie. L’accueil et la disponibilité d’Enrico ainsi que l’équipement cuisine et les capsules de café à disposition. Le centre de Florence est facilement joignable en bus.

Superbe séjour dans un quartier paisible de Florence, à proximité immédiate du centre historique de la ville (10 minutes de bus). L’appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif. Enrico est très accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous avons adoré !

Úplne všetko bolo nad očakavanie. Majiteľ - domáci Enrique bol veľmi milý, priateľský, dal nám aj košík svojich paradajok zo zahrady na šalát. Byt /apartman je s citom a vkusom zariadený, plne vybavený. Krb, obrazy na stenach nabytok, jedalenský servis... všetko bolo tip-top👌👍 Pár minútova prechadzka k autobusu do centra bola veľmi príjemná. Lokalita ubytovania je vilova štvrť s parkami... Denne sme šli okolo porta Romana a za 10 min sme boli v centre... Ak pôjdeme do Florencie, urcite sa ubytujeme u Enriqua. Vrelo odporúčame.❤️🍀🤩

Ruhige, bequeme Wohnung

Ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber super ruhig. Die Wohnung war gross und komfortabel und Enrico war immer bereit um zu helfen.

Alles war gut, aber wenn man nicht viel laufen möchte, vielleicht sollte man sich das überlegen, da die Bushaltestelle einige meter Weitweg ist.

La campagne près de la ville!

Enrico est très accueillant et sympathique. Il est en plus très aidant et va au-delà de ce qu'on peut s'attendre habituellement d'un hôte. D'autre part, l'emplacement est vraiment génial. On se sent chez lui tout à fait à la campagne, mais on se retrouve à une courte distance du centre historique de Florence. Enfin, le logement que nous avions nous donnait l'impression d'habiter dans une vraie villa. Nous recommanderons l'endroit à tous nos amis qui souhaitent visiter Florence ou la Toscane.

Parfait pour notre court séjour touristique à Florence

L'accueil sympathique. L'espace offert par l'appartement : parfait pour deux couples d'amis. La situation : une vue sur la campagne florentine et la possibilité de rejoindre le centre historique de Floence avec 10 minutes de marche et entre 10 minutes et un quart d'heure de bus. Le parking fermé dans l'enceinte de la propriété.

Nous avons parfos cherché quelques équipements de cuisine pour le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir mais nous avons toujours trouvé une solution.
