Our host Ulrika went above and beyond in assistance with everything. We can not praise her enough. The room is bigger than most well equipped and has a balcony..it is a bit of a walk into the heart of Florence which we did not mind. If not the bus11 stops nearly in front of the hotel, plenty of restaurants, cafes around and spermarket one street over. We enjoyed our stay.

Zentral gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Räume hell und sauber. Haus selbst sehr ruhig.
Es gibt nebenan ein schönes Restaurant, von dem aber eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse am Abend ausgeht.

Appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain et un petit balcon. 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples dans le salon. Propre et fonctionnel (frigo, cafetière, bouilloire, micro-ondes, plaques électriques). Accès à une terrasse commune avec un beau panorama. Literie confortable. Idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants. A deux pas du jardin du Boboli. L'hôte, Ulrika, est très sympathique et aux petits soins.
Un peu bruyant le soir en raison du club la Serre Torrigiani où se retrouvent des jeunes pour chanter et danser jusqu'à 2H00 du matin.

For being an apt. No living area only 2br. You have to take out trash before you leave which is fine but it’s a 5 minute walk. If you are older this definitely isn’t the place to stay
