Exceptional, peaceful and safe .

The location was perfect near to all the main attractions by walk. Very safe and beautiful location.

Spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms; great location near the market, restaurants, and the Uffizi; host replies quickly; very quiet at night.

A bit far from the main train station; no elevator to the 3rd floor; the door lock could use a little touch-up.

Not bad apartment, but for 250 euro per/night, it could be better

-location - cleanliness - quiet - everything you need for cooking - good bed linen - service manager was in touch - was given a compliment - the bed linen was prepared

- difficult night check-in, keys were in another part of the city - parking is also far from the apartment - no welcome pack, there were 2 small bottles of water for 6 guests - no paper towels - 3rd floor without an elevator - small uncomfortable bathroom, also impossible to use a bidet - no mosquito nets, lots of mosquitoes - doors creak, very noisy - no chairs or armchairs in one of the bedrooms - no wardrobes - the kitchen window has a view of an internal well, it smells bad. - service manager could not help order a transfer to the station, he only provided a phone number, but the order was not accepted. - service manager did not provide check-in information a long time, there were also no instructions on departure. - for 6 guests only 3 blankets, new ones were delivered upon request, but without bed linen

An okey apartment for a short stay, but not quite value for money.

Great location and good size apartment for affordable family.

When it rained the rain came down the ceiling and walls in the dining area/tv area in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Not pleasant at all, make the place feel uncomfortable and a bit unsafe.

Great!

The apartament is very clean and equipped with everything you need ( a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels and shampoo). On the second day, new towels were given to us. The operators of the apartament were great, they were at our disposal all the time. The apartament is located in a safe neighborhood close to the Pitti Palace. The location is beautiful and welcoming, there was a problem with the heat but an operator came by few minutes we stated the problem and did his best to solve it. I recommend the apartament for the great location it's placed in, for the conditions and for their team that was very cooperative. Thank you!

Great location only a 3 minute walk from the Pitti Palace/Boboli Gardens and many good restaurants. Lots of space and nicely decorated. The owners were kind and communicative.

Appliances and such are a bit old, but worked fine. I couldn't get the exhaust fan above the gas stove to work, but that might just have been me. Be aware it is on the top floor with no elevator.

Passable

There was an overwhelming smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. It was nauseating. Even closing the bathroom door and keeping the bathroom window open didn't help. The host's explanation was that this was probably due to some work outside of the building but 1. we didn't see any work outside of the building and 2. if there was work, then it is highly unlikely that we were the first ones to experience that. Also, we paid a 85 euro cleaning fee but there was an envelope on the dining table suggesting that, if we are satisfied with the cleanings of the apartment, we leave the tip for the cleaner. Who's getting 85 euros then?

Mejor lugar imposible!

La casa era perfecta para todos. Buen espacio, bonita, camas comodas.localizacion mas que perfecta! Estas al lado del Puente Vecchio, tienes la suerte de estar al lado de todo lo turistico pero al mismo tiempo, si quieres comer/beber mucho mas barato que en el centro, lo encuentras aqui. Si vuelvo a Florencia (que espero que sea pronto) desde luego elegiria esta zona y este alojamiento.

Todo genial! El unico "problema" fue que la cadena del vater no funcionaba bien, lo reportamos el primer dia y enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo. Pero pasado un dia, se volvio a romper.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé.

Les 3 étages pour y accéder. Comme ce sont des appartements à haut plafond, 1 étage correspond à 1 étage 1/2 en France.

Очень просторная и комфортабельная квартира, недалеко от Понте Веккио. Администрация разрешила остаться при выезде на пару часов больше.

Отсутствие лифта (но мы знали об этом), очень тяжело поднимать чемоданы, потому что квартира на 3-м этаже, а лестничные проемы очень крутые и высокие. Не очень простой процесс заселения - нужно звонить по телефону, и робота на английском очень плохо слышно и трудно разобрать речь.

Appartement spacieux un peu à l'écart de la foule

Appartement avec de belles chambres situé non loin du Palazzo Pitti, dans un quartier calme, un peu éloigné de la foule de l'hypercentre historique. Bien chauffé en hiver et ouvertures vers l'extérieur permettant de profiter du soleil.

Equipement de la cuisine un peu juste pour une famille. Le logement est prévu pour 6 personnes, il y a à peine plus de 6 assiettes et de verres. La cafetière italienne proposée permet de faire uniquement du café pour 2 personnes.
