It was spacious and in a great location
The app to get in didn’t always work and it took time to get in to the appartments each time

The apartment is in a convenient location - very short walk to the Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and lots of shops and restaurants. We had a delicious meal only a few doors down from the apartment. I really appreciated that the property shares lots of information about getting to the apartment, driving in a ZTL, parking options nearby, etc. That was very helpful. And overall, the apartment was clean and very spacious, with only minor complaints during our stay.
We struggled with the check-in process due to a miscommunication/misunderstanding. The property really should have let us know through Booking.com that they would send a video via WhatsApp with the check-in instructions. This would have saved some time and frustration upon arrival as I would've ensured they had the correct WhatsApp number to send to. Instead, when I called for assistance, they very curtly told me to watch the video that I never received, leading to further confusion until we finally clarified the issue and I got the video and was able to watch it and check-in. I appreciate technology makes things easier in many instances, but honestly I would prefer to meet a human being upon check-in and use good old-fashioned physical keys rather than app! Anyway, a minor issue/inconvenience in the end, but just frustrating dealing with upon arrival.

I am so happy I found this gem of a flat! Great if you travel with friends or family.
The flat is large, two double bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook easy meals.
There is also a balcony.
You will need access to Internet data to get in the flat.
My only minus is the bed was not very comfortable in one of the bedrooms.
The bedrooms are also facing a busy street, this was not an issue for me, but something to note if you need quiet. I kept the window open throughout the night and had no issues though.
