Clean and spacious
Unable to lock bathroom door.
Novella team needed to come out and lubricate fro t door lock.
Shower hose had a split and had to be replaced.
Hot water was inconsistent
Very steep staircase which is unsuitable for old age or people with physical handicap
Noisy during night.

The apartment is in a convenient location - very short walk to the Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and lots of shops and restaurants. We had a delicious meal only a few doors down from the apartment. I really appreciated that the property shares lots of information about getting to the apartment, driving in a ZTL, parking options nearby, etc. That was very helpful. And overall, the apartment was clean and very spacious, with only minor complaints during our stay.
We struggled with the check-in process due to a miscommunication/misunderstanding. The property really should have let us know through Booking.com that they would send a video via WhatsApp with the check-in instructions. This would have saved some time and frustration upon arrival as I would've ensured they had the correct WhatsApp number to send to. Instead, when I called for assistance, they very curtly told me to watch the video that I never received, leading to further confusion until we finally clarified the issue and I got the video and was able to watch it and check-in. I appreciate technology makes things easier in many instances, but honestly I would prefer to meet a human being upon check-in and use good old-fashioned physical keys rather than app! Anyway, a minor issue/inconvenience in the end, but just frustrating dealing with upon arrival.

If you don't have 3 or 4g on your phone, then you are unable to enter the property if you arrive when the offices are closed. After an hour of trying to find reception on our phones, we finally were able to enter.
Dishwasher was still full of uncleaned plates, Shower had split and didn't hang from wall. No lock on bathroom
