Very good and comfortable apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen with all necessary equipment (gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, iron). AC in every room with separate control for each room. 2 separate bedrooms. Good Wi-Fi in the apartment. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and you'll find plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful location. Two large bottles of water and one bottle of sparkling wine are available for use when you check in. Friendly contact person who will answer all your questions and provide the necessary information.

Access to the apartment is via a steep and narrow staircase to the second floor. It wasn't a problem for us, as this was clearly stated beforehand.

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to all the sites but nice to come back to the location to expereince a more authetic Florence experience. Nice quite neighbourhood with many great restaurants, cute wine windows and shops to browse through. Place was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of five adults. Jacapo was very attentive and allowed us to drop off our bags prior to check in and we very much appreciated the bottle of prosecco that was chilled in the fridge for us. Kitchen was well equiped and supply coffee was great. Overall an amazing visit and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Krásné ubytování v mé oblíbené čtvrti Santo Spirito. Všude kousek pěšky v okolí skvělé restaurace, mini market, zkrátka vše co je zapotřebí. Byt je perfektně vybavený - pračka, sušička, myčka, žehlička, žehlící prkno, fen a lahev prosecca na přivítanou v lednici - zkrátka vše. Takže super i pro delší pobyt. Hostitel byl skvělý, předání klíčů proběhlo skvěle a s ničím nebyl problém. Velmi prostorný byt, ideální pro rodinu nebo větší skupinu přátel - nás bylo 5. Rozhodně doporučuji. Beautiful accommodation in my favorite neighborhood, Santo Spirito. Everything is within walking distance — great restaurants, a mini market, and everything you might need. The apartment is perfectly equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and even a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge — absolutely everything. Perfect for a longer stay, too. The host was wonderful, the key handover went smoothly, and everything was easy and pleasant. Very spacious apartment, ideal for a family or a larger group of friends — there were five of us. I can definitely recommend it.
