It was clean and comfortable, it has an elevator, the building manager was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the location, it was further than i expected from the touristic areas. It was hard for us to find uber o taxis to get us there.

Live like a local.

Oana was the most wonderful host, both personable and practical. The apartment was completely spotless and so charming. I felt like I was living the life of a local for a week. The location was ideal, close to the vibey Piazza Santo Spirito but lovely and quiet. I was there on my own for the first few days and I felt so at ease in the neighbourhood. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay.

A very convenient central location, in a rather noisy neighborhood. There were three bedrooms available, but no living room. We did not face any problems and enjoyed our stay.

Our favourite apartment stay. Location is unbeatable!

Clean and well equipped (cooked a pasta dinner one night). The location was amazing. Overlooking a busy walking street loaded with cafes, shopping. Close to everything! Steps to Trevi fountain and short walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps.

The great location means that it can be a little noisy at night (late night tourists, garbage collection, etc). The windows are quite insulating, but not entirely. Suggest earplugs for a good night’s sleep.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the historic centre of Florence. The host was very welcoming and maintained contact throughout our stay to see if we required anything.

Great location and comfortable spacious apartment

Great location, very spacious, all rooms are equipped with reverse cycles air conditioning, the mattress was very firm and comfortable.

The ZTL zone location was a little inconvenient for us because we had 2 people with wheelchairs. Other than that it was close to everything- grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and bars

Very comfortable stay

Oana was proactive in communicating regarding the check in process. She shared all details related to check-in via Whatsapp well ahead of my arrival. She was in touch throughout the stay period and ensured that there were no problems during the stay. A great host and a very comfortable stay.

Comfortable amazing neighbourhood

Italian neighbourhood away from tourists but still near centre. The host was so helpful made us check out late until our flight departure and ordered taxi for us very considerate. The house looks better than photos it gives authentic Italian vibes. Amazing everything is accessible around the apartment there is spa, laundry, market, bakery and more.

Perfect stay for your Florence visit!

Oana is the best!!! she has her office in the same building which is very convenient and she answers all our questions very quickly! our apartment was a dream! very well decorated and included a lovely terrace! everything was spotless clean, the building includes a lift which is not common in all buildings in Italy! the neighborhood is great! separated from the main Florence attractions on the other side of the river, but near enough to walk to them and the train station. We recommend this accommodation 100%! thank you Oana for everything! it was a pleasure to meet you and hope to come back in the future!

Authentic, quiet, and very clean stay in Florence.

Everything. The location was amazing. Quiet and not so touristy part of town. Oana the manager was extremely diligent in communicating with us before and during our stay. She was helpful in getting us the bed set up we wanted and allowed us to check in late. She continuously checked in on us during the stay. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. AC worked very very well. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the home. I would love to come back and cant even imagine a better place to stay.

Honestly cant think of much. Maybe some paper towels would have been nice but otherwise it was perfect.

It’s a beautiful apartment with some spectacular art on display. The interiors make you feel like you’re in a city of historical significance. A short walk from the main attractions, the area has several good restaurants and convenience stores.

It is a nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and it is even better than the pictures. There is an elevator, comfortable bed, nice balcony. The apartment is in the center of town, everything is within walking distance. What a helpful and friendly manager Oana! If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence, this apartment is a great choice, I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is mostly locals. What a pleasure to be immersed in the atmosphere of the locals. Nearby is the Church of the Holy Spirit, there is a cozy cafe and a square where locals come for coffee and croissants, fresh fruits and vegetables, and every Sunday the locals have a market I would stop there again in a heartbeat.

The layout, space and cleanliness of the apartment was so nice for Europe! Oana was the nicest manager and SO helpful! The bakery next door is so cute and yummy also.

The only negative about this apartment is the noisy street. Very hard to get good night sleep at night. Would advise sleep device to help.

Great accomodation which is spacious and fantastic location with a lovely hostess

A great property and a fantastic location. Quick 6 min walk to Pettit palace and short walks to all other locations. Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms which were great. Fully stocked kitchen and a cute table.

Only downside… no balcony and no living room where all of us could sit and have a drink. But that is not a flaw at all. It’s perfectly fine cos we were outside mostly

Fraudulent location

The location was fine and the apartment was technically nice, although not nearly as comfortable as the other ratings suggest.

This place is an actual fraud. The huge number of good reviews are absolutely mysterious to me. Our host was incredibly rude, and harassed us throughout our stay regarding "whether we were keeping the apartment clean". I have no idea why she would have assumed that we were not, but this is very unwelcoming behavior regardless. She also immediately upon our arrival threatened to charge a 50 euro cleaning fee if the apartment was not clean when we left, including taking out all of our own rubbish. This would be in addition to the normal cleaning fee already charged. One wonders at over 400 euros/night PLUS a standing cleaning fee what on earth they would need to charge an extra fee for. The host also demanded that we pay taxes in cash, which is absurd, given that she had our credit card number and that none of the other apartments we stayed at in Italy had a problem with paying taxes by credit card. This already raised a red flag for us, but there was little we could do at the time. Finally, she cornered my in-laws, claimed that the bill had not been paid (which is impossible, since you can't even book this apartment on Booking.com without paying the cost up front), and made my in-laws pay the entire cost of the apartment again. I have both a receipt from Booking.com and a credit card charge made 9 days prior to our arrival showing that I had paid the full cost of the apartment. There is no way that this could have been a simple misunderstanding and is a blatant case of fraud.
