Borgo Tegolaio Terrace

I can't say enough positive things about this apartment. First, the location is ideal. Florence has become so busy and touristy in the summer months. Staying in the Oltrarno gave us a chance to be in close walking distance to the Uffizi, the Galleria dell'Accademia, and other destinations while staying in a quiet, more local neighborhood. We loved the restaurants, cafes, and smaller shops nearby, including a delightful gelato spot (La Sorbettiera) that we visited daily. The apartment itself is multi-level, which was ideal for our family of four with two kiddos (9 and 11) who loved having their own room and en suite. The beds are spacious and comfortable. The water pressure is excellent. We appreciated using the washer and dryer (a rarity) and, given the current heat wave, the inclusion of air conditioning units in nearly every room. A highlight of the apartment is definitely the rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Florence and a nice table and chairs. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. The upstairs bedroom includes a skylight that can't be covered, letting in early morning light. This is such a minor concern. I really have no substantial negative comments for this location.

Excellent location, easy check in and check out, and great communication with the host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and had a surprisingly powerful shower.

Veldig god beliggenhet, sentralt med gangavstand til sentrum, samtidig roligere enn midt i sentrum. Mange koselige spisesteder i nabolaget, bakerier og dagligvarer. Leiligheten er romslig og praktisk i tillegg til veldig koselig. Vi hadde stor glede av den fantastiske takterrassen. Anbefales!

Wonderful location, near to Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens. Great bars and restaurants .

Sometimes shower cold, but wait few minutes and try again ok.
