Via del Campuccio, 72 - 300 sqm Luxurious with Parking and Private Terrace - Florence Charming Apartments

Very spacious it’s a beautiful apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Florence is a stunning city and worth a visit

Slight issues. We were a party of 6 and for the glass sets we did not have 6 tumblers for drinks only 4. There were wine glasses but again I think not enough for 6. Blue bedroom - we did not seem to have power on the back wall ie where the dressing table was, charging cube which we thought was a great idea didn’t work nor could we get the lamps to go on. Mirror would also have been appreciated. The bathroom toilet the flush plate needs fixing if it didn’t close properly due to sticking and the toilet would drip - loud enough to keep you awake, plate would have to be pressed again to stop the dripping. Basement shower wasted location, would have been better on the ground level ie making a 2nd bedroom with an en-suite, Picture 1 upper terrace - would benefit from more plants on the trellis to provide more screening as neighbours can look down on you. Possibly sun loungers or an additional 2 comfy patio chairs would be nice. Picture 2,3. Dressing room forms a corridor to main double bedroom that is the only bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Dressing room door is a full length mirror - only bedroom with a mirror. Blue bedroom is one single bed and one pull out bed. The pull out has a thinner mattress.

Lorsque l'on rentre danns la ruelle Via Del Campuccio et que l'on voit l'entrée on ne s'attend pas à avoir un immense appartement à l'interieur. L'appartement est vraiment magnifique, très propre avec un grand salon, une très grande cuisine, des chambres spacieuses, une buanderie, une salle de sport au sous sol, un garage fermé très propre. A seulement 20 minutes à pied des places principales de Florence, cette appartement vaut vraiment le coup.
