Not only gorgeous, but spacious with plenty of seating and spaces for our adult/teen group. The kitchen/laundry room is exceptionally equipped and we happily prepared multiple meals, including Christmas dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are update, comfortable and spread apart for privacy. The location in the Oltrano is a 15 minute walk to the center, but the neighborhood has lots of dining options and fun, offbeat shopping you won't find in the more touristed areas. The furnishings are eclectic with modern and antique pieces complementing the space. Maybe not the best place for toddlers and small children with the stairs and more delicate accents.
Giulio was a wonderful host and accommodated our unanticipated LATE arrival. The building does not have a lift, but just consider it your trip to the gym!
