Property is spacious and located in a convenient location to station and central area. The 3 double bedrooms were all a great size. Property was really clean. The terrace was spacious with fantastic views/ the host was wonderful. There are 100 steps (not stairs) between foot of stairs and property door so not for the light hearted if you’ve heavy luggage to get there. There’s no lift. But once you’re there on that terrace the views are worth it! Air con throughout which was needed! It was over 40 deg C when we were there!
The stairs to the door entrance were a lot.

The design and architectural excellence of the place was outstanding.
Only one thing.........the 95 steps up to the top floor were extremely challenging; especially with luggage. If the owners could add an elevator (or at least a dumb waiter) the place would rate a 10+.

This was a highlight of our stay in Florence. Mornings and evenings on the terrace were so special and the perfect gathering place for our family. The interior decor was polished, modern, and colorful. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed also. Marco was so patient about our arrival, which was delayed several times and met us to walk us through the property and give us tips for navigating Florence.
