Veliki dobro i lijepo opremljeni stan. Ulica se nadovezuje na ulicu “Via Nazionale” s kojom se pješke dolazi ravno na željeznički kolodvor. Ako ste s autom onda se treba parkirati u nekoj od obližnjih garaža, ima ih nekoliko. Iz garaže obavezno sačuvati račun i to više od godinu dana jer dolaze kazne za ulaz u zonu limitiranog prometa, pa račun služi za poništenje kazne. Blizu zgrade je market Care Four.
Prilično velika boravišna pristojba (nas troje za dvije noći boravka - četrdeset eura). Na booking comu je naveden krivi kućni broj pa treba slijediti upute vlasnika koje stignu mailom i whatsappom. Nejasno označen stan među četvoro vrata u uskom hodniku.
