The property is renovated all AC’s worked except common area, so a cold night sleep was awesome after a hot day in Florence. I would consider the decor high end luxury. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. They provided cold water, fruit, coffee, towels, shower gel, and samples of soap and shampoo…. Also tooth brush kits. The unit is on the third floor so a bit of a walk up but common in Italy. Convenient location. Would highly recommend.

This place has it ALL! Location, space, amenities, charm, balcony with views, etc. My family and I were so impressed with this place, and Daniel the host was extremely easy to communicate with. This location is perfectly situated in Piazza Del Carmine yet away from the main hustle and bustle of central Florence yet only a 15 minute walk to Duomo. Plenty of top notch food spots and shops all around the area as well. Trattoria Giovanni was our favorite for dinner and Sbrino Gelateria just happened to be immediately down the road. We will be staying here again no doubt in the future!

The property was perfect in all ways. The location, the communication, the amenities, the decor was all perfect. We stayed here for over three weeks and felt perfectly at home, and wanted for nothing while we were there. Santo Spirito is such a lovely party of Florence. We are so happy we selected it and this particular apartment. It was so central to everything, including a very convenient market just steps away, and a fantastic bakery, S. Forno, just up the street. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
