Spacious and beautiful apartment in a prime Florence location

Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The apartment is in a prime location, close to the river and the Duomo. Check-in was easy and smooth thanks to the host’s clear instructions. The apartment is spacious and spread over three levels, which provides great privacy. It has three master bedrooms, plenty of storage space, and was extremely clean. The terrace is lovely, and having a laundry room and all necessary amenities made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

A real gem in Florence, especially for 6 people

The apartment was in a very good location, next to the Arnos River, with a bus stop downstairs and about 15 minutes on foot from the city center. Ideal for 3 couples, with complete independence between them. Very nice dining room, bright and comfortable, with an ideal sitting area for everyone right next to it, as well as a terrace on the upper level . The instructions on how to enter the accommodation, how to use all the devices available (and there are as many devices as someone could have in their own home ) how to get around by public transport, or by taxi, if you want to go out to eat, shop, or go on excursions, are all written in detail in messages sent to your phone and are also written in the accommodation. The owner Franjeska, whom we met, helped us with anything we asked for. The place was ideal for the stay of 6 people.

Maybe the noise from the boiler or the pump, which is only heard in one of the three bedrooms, the one on the first level, when someone is taking a shower in one of the other two bathrooms of the accommodation. But this is due to the construction of the building and has nothing to do with the impeccable hospitality

Perfect Florence Apartment

Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. The terrace is lovely to sit and have a meal or coffee. The apartment had everything you could need and the lift was excellent as we had some mobility issues in our group. Really great location, gelateria downstairs and close to Ponte Vecchio.

Great large apartment, perfect for family of 5 (3 teenagers). Great hosts./

The location was good, about 15 mins walk to the centre, train station and tram stop to airport. Also quiet location. The size of the apartment was great for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and decent sized living space. It was great to have a lift at the property being on the third floor. Our hosts were great, friendly, accommodating and keeping us updated regularly. They notified us of unplanned roof works before we arrived to give us the option of cancelling, provided a video of the apartment and the works so that we could make an informed decision and provided a discount for any inconvenience. And there were very little works while we were there. I highly recommend.

There isn’t anything that I would say we didn’t like about the property. One thing we were able to manage but helpful to mention for others is the power points in the apartment. Our adaptors only fit into a small number of power points (there are two types) and with 5 of us wanting to charge devices at the same time it was a bit hard, but we were were able to work it out. I would just recommend checking the adapters required.

Not ample supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. Very little dish soap. The dishwasher was not working properly. There was only one dish towel supplied. Bathroom was not working but there was a small discount given.

Clean, beautifully appointed apartment. Super fast wifi. Netflix. Every nook is air conditioned. Great location that is close to restaurants and bars. Very close to the river. 15 minute walk to Firenze Santa Maria train station.

Da ripetere, e speriamo presto!

Appartamento in palazzo del 1500, magnificamente restaurato con 3 camere, ognuna con bagno privato, che abbiamo occupato in tre coppie over 60. Posizione splendida, un passo in Oltrarno fra Santo Spirito e Cappella Brancacci, strategica per la visita di Firenze. Il palazzo è tra i pochi storici di Firenze ad avere l'ascensore, piccolo ma modernissimo e funzionale. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni accessorio, specie in cucina, tutto nuovissimo. Splendido il balconcino rinascimentale: nella bella stagione si può comodamente pasteggiare o rilassarsi. Salotto accogliente con grande tavolo. Decine di ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze, tutti di qualità. Le gestrici Adelaide e Francesca sono gentilissime, simpatiche, accoglienti e disponibili per ogni assistenza o consiglio pratico sulla permanenza in struttura e in città. Come quasi dappertutto in Firenze, non c'è un posteggio riservato ma sono indicati dalla struttura due autosilo nelle vicinanze a prezzi ragionevoli.

La terza camera è adatta a due ragazzi: letti singoli e bagnetto con lavello minimale senza bidet. (I nostri amici, anche loro attempati, lo hanno comunque apprezzato). Sono comunque disponibili altri appartamenti di diverse capienze, adatti a famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici, come nel nostro caso.
