Great stay in a great neighborhood

We loved the neighborhood and how close we were to walk to everything. The apartment was cozy and Jonny was an amazing host having snacks prepared and many great recommendations as well.

Nothing special and mosquito heaven

Superb location in the old district. Quiet sleep as down a quiet road. Kitchen fully equipped

Mosquitos galore. Having a garden outside is great but this was the only place we stayed with mossies. And this was mid Oct 😦 Overpriced aswell so not worth the cost. Way too much for what you get. Florence very expensive so shop around

Florentine Apartments — pure beauty and comfort! Everything felt so authentic, and we were welcomed with such warmth. I’ll truly recommend these apartments to all my friends and acquaintances. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet, and we could easily adjust the temperature ourselves. Our hosts left us plenty of food, fresh fruit, and even champagne! I’m deeply grateful for this experience — it was an incredible stay. Florence is wonderful, and I hope to return someday.

Great studio, great location

The studio is in a great location for exploring Florence. The studio is really well equipped comfortable, private and calm. There is a great bakers, a local supermarket and a launderette if you need it around the corner, and of course lots of excellent restaurants and bars within 10mins walk. The communication with the owners was superb, they are lovely people who responded immediately and helpfully and provided lots of recommendations too. We would stay again without looking anywhere else.

Great location and nice host. Very cute apartment and an amazing garden and terrace. Supplies of wine, coffee, tea, juices and snacks.

Not the fault of hosts, but it was cold inside. City ordinance prohibits turning on heat until November. The space heater wasn’t quite enough. There was a warm blanket, so we were warm at night.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Great location to explore the main sights of Florence while staying out of the city centre. Shops, cafes and trattoria around the apartment in Oltrarno were great. Relaxing a little on the roof terrace after a busy day was glorious. The welcome pack was an unexpected and very lovely bonus as was the information on local restaurants etc.

A leafy green haven in the middle of Florence - perfect

Our little apartment was perfect, there's several that surround a leafy green garden complete with a sun terrace up a spiral staircase. It's dreamy and so quiet considering you're a short walk over the river and into the middle of the city. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and it was clean and comfy.

Our air con could have been a little more powerful, it was difficult to sleep in the middle of the night in August. The weather isn't their fault though I guess.

A wonderful stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment style residence, very quiet part of town, beautiful garden and rooftop area to lounge. Michelle and Johnny were such kind and gracious hosts. Our first night there a circuit in our apartment blew (probably my own fault for overloading it). I called Michelle at 10:30pm and she picked up right away and both her and Johnny guided me through the process of resetting the breaker. The highs in Florence during our stay were close to 100F, so I was very grateful for this!

Quiet appartent next to the city centre.

The Appartment with a garden view and absolutely quiet and within a 25 minute walk from the town centre was amazing.

It is a little bit challenging to check in after 20.00, but the hosts made this possible in our case.

Peaceful florence getaway

What a wonderful stay! Michelle was so kind and welcoming. The house itself is tucked away in the cutest garden and is very quiet, without being far away from everything. Michelle had wonderful recommendations for food, stuff to do, and so much more that we appreciated. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location (safe, close to central city without being right in the middle of the chaos; 2-minute walk to grocery store, garbage/recycling, laundromat, gelateria and bakery!). Accommodating host met us at check-in to explain keys, etc. and gave helpful overview. Helpful binder of local insider knowledge of city and immediate surroundings. Kitchen was well stocked with some nice complementary drinks and fruit/veggies. Nice linens/sheets/towels. Lots of books for rainy-day reading (we didn't use but could be nice for others.) Rooftop terrace was very nice.

It was a perfect spot for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was very peaceful, and such a great little refuge from the bustle of the tourist centre. We had breakfasts and sundowners on the rooftop terrace, and had absolutely everything we needed when we just wanted a chilled night in. Everything is within walking distance and we loved perusing all the vintage shops in the area. Hosts welcomed us with warmth and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

In a really cool location, the studio apartment was comfortable and set within lovely gardens away from the bustle of the streets. The hosts were delightful and left so many treats for us that made the holiday really special. We were so lucky to find this magical place.

This is a really charming room in a fantastic, central location. It was quiet and relaxing to stay in, and close to everything that we wanted to see in Florence. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy, and we appreciated having a full kitchen to use at our disposal. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus! We also appreciated the host giving us something to plug into the wall to ward off mosquitos. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing place

Everything was amazing, the location, the house, our host, we spent an amazing 4 nights and ended up leaving with no regrets. Additionally there were free snacks, drinks and wine provided by the hosts when we arrived which was a great surprise! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

The apartment was like a little cottage located in a great part of town (a little quieter but still convenient to the sites). The garden and terrace are really special. The hosts were great too, very welcoming. My boyfriend is quite tall and found the bed to be comfortable.

The shower was fine for me but a little small for my much taller boyfriend. Not terrible though. He would stay here again.

Gorgeous garden, charming cottage feel

Cute little place in a great location near Piazza Santo Spirito. Big room to spread out in, charming little paintings and books decorate the room. Stunning central garden and rooftop terrace with lush planting, nice places to sit. The host provided us with the typical breakfast foods but also included cheeses, juices, wine etc.

Mosquito's kept getting inside somehow, other than that just gorgeous.

You could not do better for the price

Highly recommend, the beautiful garden was an oasis after a day of sightseeing. The welcome package was abundant wine, fruit, bread, cakes, jams and butter. The cooking facilities were there including oils, balsamic vinegar etc. Even though we only stayed 6 nights we were offered clean sheets and towels. The position was excellent lots of small individual arty shops with one off designer clothing not as expensive as you would expect.

Very quiet area only 10min walk to the centre, shared garden and terrace was fantastic for having breakfast or relaxing after a long day. Owners were great and really helpful whenever needed. Apartment had everything we needed, looked lovely, and even had a complimentary basket of snacks and drinks in the fridge also. Would recommend to anyone looking to avoid the noise of city centre and have their own quiet space.

The view over the garden at breakfast; the terrace overlooking the church and the surrounding houses late afternoon. Nice decoration in the studio, details are important. And the welcome treats make a difference! Also the neighborhood has great restaurants to go.

Beautiful, quiet and convenient

Quiet location and beautiful garden! A short walk away from the bridge and the city center, which we didn’t mind at all. When we arrived we had a nice welcoming basket waiting for us with snacks, breakfast goods and tips for local sights. Really comfy beds and good bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a problem with the stove, which was a bit annoying at first because we lack experience with such appliances. Our host helped us sort it out though. A couple of times we had some noise from the terrace above our room, not a lot of soundproofing in the ceiling there. But it didn’t last very long.
