Loved our stay here! Highly recommend as it feels like a mini oasis to come home to after the bustle of Florence. Also great to have a full mini kitchen, as we opted to eat a couple of dinners at home after a long day. Very walkable location, we even walked the 18 min to the train station!
The only thing that was a downside (and to no fault of the property and possibly due to the season we went), were the mosquitos. We didn’t really open our windows and still managed to get so many bites throughout the night 😭

Loved that it felt like a small slice of Italian life. Great location; away from the crowds; great cafe just around the corner; easy walking distance to sights.
Honestly nothing that we didn’t like.

Great location, area of Santo Spirito is chilled with many nice restaurants and bars. It’s not far to the bridges across to main part of Florence (eg 15 mins walk to the Uffizi). Apartment was clean, spacious and full of character. Had a roof garden you can use too. A very nice place to stay .
All good

Superb location in the old district. Quiet sleep as down a quiet road. Kitchen fully equipped
Mosquitos galore. Having a garden outside is great but this was the only place we stayed with mossies. And this was mid Oct 😦 Overpriced aswell so not worth the cost. Way too much for what you get. Florence very expensive so shop around
