Nice stay in Florence

It was nice, private and had all we needed

The check in - check out process was complicated. The property where you receive the keys is way too far from the apartment. Walking with our luggage was not fun at all. The day we arrived there was an issue with the apartment so we stayed at the hotel and the next day we had no place to stay from 10am (checkout) to 3pm (check in) and I had to work. Didn’t seem very fair.

Nice price. Nice quality

A very spacious place where you can move freely. For such a modest price, it has absolutely everything you might need (for example, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and all the essentials for both the kitchen and the bathroom). The location is very convenient: the area is quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, yet it’s quite close to the center and all the main sights (about a 15–20 minute walk). There is also a Carrefour Express supermarket just five minutes away, where you can find everything you need. The only things to keep in mind are to plug in the special device that keeps mosquitoes away (yes, they’ve thought of that too) and not to turn on all electrical appliances at the same time (otherwise the power switches off). But the staff provides clear instructions on how to easily fix this during check-in. The hotel staff is very nice. If I visit Florence again, I will gladly stay here once more.

Clean, comfortable, in a charming neighbourhood

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen, good wifi, a very pleasant neighbourhood with some fabulous family restaurants nearby and town within walking distance. There was a lift for those who may have mobility challenges. We collected the keys at Hotel Montreal in the centre then took a taxi to the accommodation.

Florence is chancy for taxis and transport, so collecting the keys with heavy luggage makes walking to the property a hassle. Hotel Montreal called a taxi for us - build transport costs into your budget; it was about 15 euros to get from the key collection to the accommodation. On the day of our departure there were no taxis to be had so we walked to the centre with our luggage to catch our train. While the accommodation and neighbourhood were lovely, the transportation issue made me think next time in Florence I would book something in the centre near the station - it's just easier!

We loved our time in Florence and were so grateful for the air conditioner!

The air conditioning!!! The beds were surprisingly comfortable as well. Locations was good. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

The key pick up was in a different location and that was a bit of a pain. But, they did say they would meet you at the apartment which we did not try.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood near center.

the check-in hotel is right near the central station. The apartment itself was in a quiet neighborhood that is still walking distance from the center and main things. there was anything one needs, shop is just 5 minutes away so are local cafes. AC, shower, the big room, a kitchen - everything was nice. And yes, the balcony - awesome! Great time, thank you very much!

Amazing stay (:

Great location and atmosphere, we enjoyed the small balcony a lot. What stands out is the communication, very very nice and helpful hosts! When the electricity was down for a short time, they helped us a lot immediately even though it was late in the evening. Thank you!

Pobyt był udany, tylko pogoda mogła by być lepsza.

Apartament czysty i przestronny w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Idealny dla 2-3 osób. Klucze i instrukcje dojścia do apartamentu otrzymaliśmy w recepcji hotelu blisko dworca. Czas dojścia pieszo to ok. 15-20 min. Po drodze warto zrobić zakupy bliżej centrum. Gospodarze byli zainteresowani czy czegoś nie brakuje.

Czajniczek do parzenia kawy nie działa na płycie indukcyjnej. Cieknąca non-stop spłuczka i minimalnie nieszczelny wąż prysznicowy. Uwaga do gospodarzy: szkoda wody!

Esperienza molto positiva

Appartamento pulito,con tutto ciò che serve,zona vicino al centro ma non trafficata, c'è anche il balconcino con sedie e tavolino. Abbiamo dormito benissimo,il materasso è molto comodo . Ringraziamo le ragazze dello Staff che sono state sempre molto premurose e gentili. Consigliatissimo.

Excelente estadía

La atención del personal estuvieron en contacto siempre considerando todos los detalles para que tengamos una estancia excelente. El departamento es muy agradable en un barrio tranquilo , muy luminoso cercano a pie a todos los paseos. Muy bien equipado y la limpieza impecable muy recomendable.
