Fabulous apartment in a brilliant location with an amazing host.

Firstly, the welcome from Laura was exceptional! The apartment is in a fabulous location, it is incredibly spacious and very well furnished and really well equipped. So easy to walk everywhere - The Boboli Gardens and Pritti Palace are just minutes away, the Arno, Ponto Vechio and Duomo a really easy flat walk and there are some exceptional non-touristic restaurants a few moments walk away.

Nothing. There was some building work going on downstairs - but you don’t go to Florence to stay indoors!

Magnificent place in old Florence

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence’s historic district. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the spacious and immaculately clean rooms to the unbeatable location. The apartment is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants, and cafés, so you truly have everything you could possibly need right at your doorstep. Within just a five-minute walk, you reach the magnificent Pitti Palace and the breathtaking Medici Gardens, and from there it’s only a few steps to the iconic Ponte Vecchio. It could not be more ideal for exploring the treasures of Florence on foot. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, were our wonderful hosts. Laura and her husband are some of the kindest, most attentive, and genuinely welcoming people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, cared for, and at home during our four nights here. This apartment is a true gem — combining comfort, cleanliness, location, and the warmest hospitality you could ever hope for. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it with the highest praise to anyone visiting Florence.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful, spacious, and light-filled apartment in Santo Spirito, Florence. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary, and we truly didn’t want to leave. Nestled in a charming and walkable neighborhood, the apartment was impeccably clean and stocked with absolutely everything you could need. What truly set this experience apart was our incredible host, Laura. We've never received such an extraordinary welcome. We were embraced—literally and figuratively—like the dearest of friends. Her passion for hospitality was evident in every thoughtful detail, and we felt genuinely cared for. From restaurant recommendations to help with taxis and luggage, she anticipated our every need and left a lasting impression we'll never forget. For us, this apartment was not just a place to sleep—it was a heartfelt introduction to the spirit of Florence.

Perfecte

El apartamento es perfecte, es molt gran, super ben equipat, es mol confortable, hi ha unes cuantas escales per arribar al apart, pero com el apartament es tan maco, no importe pujar aquestes escales. En definitiva 100% recomanable. El personal que atenen als clients, molt molt be, 100% de atención, sempre que necesites alguna cosa, allá están.

Wir mögen das Apartment sehr und waren glücklich dort.

Top Apartment, mit viel Liebe gemacht, sowohl baulich und Einrichtungsmässig als auch die Betreuung. Mir wurde bei der Abreise super super nett geholfen und auch während Aufenthalt (Babybett montiert). Wir waren glücklich dort und kommen gerne wieder. Wohnung ist gross und originell, einfach TOP. Bei der Ankunft hat es viele Details wie Kaffee, Tee, Wein!, Wasser, Badezimmer Utensilien, teure gute Duft Stäbchen. Alles sinnvolle hilfreiche Sachen.

Booking hat technische Fehler gehabt so dass wir unsere Check-inn Zeit nicht anmelden konnten, was aber an der Seite von Booking lag, bei Button "antworten". Nebst allem wunderbaren in der Wohnung: Gerne leichtere Feder Bettdecken im Master bedroom, sonst alles sehr sehr gut.

Stunning location in Florence

Lo spazio all’interno della struttura è assolutamente meraviglioso, la posizione è eccellente e Laura è stata a nostra completa disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Eravamo con 3 bambini ed è stato tutto assolutamente perfetto ! Torneremo presto 🙏
