Al llegar nos recibió Laura, atención maravillosa, nos esperaba con agua fría, galletas y caramelos Llegamos un poco tarde y no puso ningún problema La ubicación era muy buena, cinco minutos andando una vez cruzabas el río El aire acondicionado funciona maravillosamente y la casa estaba perfectamente limpia

No hay nada que no me gustara No es adecuado para gente muy mayor o con niños muy pequeños, porque no hay ascensor, pero ya nos lo habían avisado Para nosotros no fue problema que no hubiera asecensor

Extremely spacious and comfortable property within 15 mins easy, and interesting, walk from central attractions. Really appreciated the air conditioning during our mid-summer stay. If I could give this property 6 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we booked, Laura and Claudio were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and truly elevated our experience. The apartment itself is outstanding—beautifully spacious, immaculately presented, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail is second to none, with thoughtful touches throughout that exceeded all of our expectations. The stylish interior design and clever layout made it feel more like a luxurious modern penthouse than a holiday apartment. The location is simply perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, yet tucked away just enough to escape the crowds and hustle and bustle. Having wonderful boutique shops, cafés, and fantastic restaurants right on the doorstep made it even more special. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you, Laura and Claudio, for making our time in Florence so memorable. We will be back!

Nothing at all

El departamento excelente como si fuera nuevo, muy cuidado,limpio y moderno, como hotel de 5 estrellas, la habitación principal era una suite con vestidor y baño muy amplio, el aire acondicionado muy bueno, la cocina impecable, con lavadora y secadora e implementos para lavar y colgar la ropa. Laura y su Marido muy amables, siempre al pendiente de nosotros, y nos ayudaron en todo, hasta subir las maletas por las escaleras, hasta el departamento.. Un lugar bastante amplio y acogedor
