Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for our group. It's in a very good location and close to most things by walk. Check in and check out were very convenient as all is done online, and every time we communicated with the hosts we got a very quick reply. The best thing about the apartment is the amazing view from the windows.

There was a smell of drainage in the kitchen and in some of the bathrooms. During the night there was some noise from the street which went on quite late into the night. Also, on one of the days it rained and there was a leak in the roof of one of the bedrooms, and the water dripped all over the floor and on one of our suitcases, wetting everything in it. It's on the 4th floor so there are quite some stairs and the lift is tiny and extremely slow.

Great location, beautiful apartment!

Great location for exploring Florence & close to lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants & bars. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the Duomo. The apartment is on the top floor, totally fine if your fit & able to take the stairs, it’s no issue & there is a lift which is very slow but great for luggage or if stairs are difficult.

There was a strong smell from the drains. Also when we were there it was cool at night & we only had light blankets on the bed. I requested more blankets but unfortunately never got them.

Great spacious apartment in a fun area, relatively close to the historic sites!

Large apartment which was very well located in a great area. 15 min walk to historic sites, plenty of restaurants on our doorstep. Rooms were spacious. Good view from one of the bedrooms and living room. We would definitely recommend it!

It was on the 4th floor so 90 steps to climb. There was an elevator, which helped with the luggage haul but it was as slow as walking up. Would be good to have hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms on which to hang towels.

Clean and cute apartment. Only one car for parking included.

It’s a beautiful apartment. It’s clean and spacious. Was nice to have laundry option.

Difficult to get to by driving. Expensive parking for the second car. The third space is not a third bedroom, but a loft, so it’s not private, it’s upstairs in open space, not ideal for couples. Parking info wasn’t shared ahead and we struggled figuring it out, if we’d know location ahead wouldn’t struggle driving in circles losing lots of time.

Super logement, on se sent vraiment à florence !!!

On a aimé la vue époustouflante des fenêtres. Paysage de tableau, on se sent vraiment à Florence. Appartement bien agencé, propre et moderne. Proche du centre 5 min à pied.

Das Apartment liegt zentral am Santo Spirito, einem belebten Platz mit vielen Cafés Bars und Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind genau gegenüber. Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und gehoben ausgestattet. Das Apartment ist im vierten Stock und verfügt über einen (kleinen) Aufzug. Mamo Florence sind kompetente Ansprechpartner mit kurzen Reaktionszeiten und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Καινουργιο διαμερισμα ,μεγάλος και άνετος χώρος για 6 ενήλικες με 3 wc και 3 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλα κρεβάτια. Τα 2 δωμάτια στο ισόγειο (το ένα έχει wc χωρίς ντουζιέρα) .Το 2ο wc έχει ντουζιέρα και βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στο σαλόνι και στο 2ο δωμάτιό. Πολύ ωραία η εσωτερική σοφίτα με μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και wc με ντουζιέρα. Ανετα μεγαλα κρεβάτια, καινουργια wc με πολυτέλεια. Μεγαλο καθιστικο με τεράστια τηλεόραση, τραπεζαρία για 6 ενηλικες , σαλόνι, πολυθρόνες, πλήρες κουζίνα με ολες τις ανέσεις για προετοιμασια γευματων .Κεντρική μονάδα κλιματισμού με διαφορετική ρύθμιση σε κάθε χώρο του διαμερίσματος . Πολύ έξυπνη η εγκατάσταση ασανσέρ στην πολυκατοικία. Λόγω πατέντας έχει χαμηλή ταχύτητα, είναι στενό αλλά είναι πολύ ασφαλές και χρήσιμο για μεγάλες αποσκευές έως τον 4ο που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα. Φωτεινά δωμάτια με ωραία θέα στην πόλη. 300m από την γέφυρα και τα επώνυμα καταστήματα. Εστιατορια, mini market ακριβως σπο κάτω. Ένα διαμέρισμα που αρέσει σε όλους. Γρήγορο ηλεκτρονικό check in, check out .Οι οικοδεσπότες μας βοήθησαν σε όλα. Το πάρκινγκ που μας πρότειναν ήταν 700m και εκτός της ZTL . Παρέχει παραλαβή παράδοση αυτοκινήτου.

Μύριζε λίγο άσχημα, ίσως από κακό αερισμό του χώρου από προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο κέντρο και η ZTL θέλει προσοχή στις ώρες λειτουργίας για αποφυγή προστίμου ( αφορά αυτοκίνητο).

La struttura è accogliente, ottimamente pulita e ben arredata. Letti comodi, asciugamani pulite. I tre bagni sono ottimali per chi viaggia in gruppo. Dista 20 min a piedi dal centro, leggermente lontana dalle principali attrazioni tranne che da Palazzo Pitti
