Charming & Modern Apartment near Santo Spirito

Amplasamentul în zona pieței, la 15 min de zona centrală, cu magazin la parter, liniște noaptea. Apartamentul era curat.

Dotări minimale, fără polițe și dulapuri în baie, cam umed și neaerisit. Nici cafetieră și nici ceainic, clădire veche, nemodernizată. Au încasat și taxa pe noaote înainte de a ajunge la cazare, plus o taxă de 50 de euro pentru că am ajuns la ora 22.30, față de 21. Canapeaua nu prea confortabilă, fără prosoape și cearșafuri în surplus în caz de nevoie, doar 3 doze de duș pentru 4 persoane, 2 adulți și 2 copii.

Polecam, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, idealna do zwiedzania, bardz przyjemna i okolica, dużo restauracji, barów, kilka ulic dalej sklep spożywczy. W mieszkaniu było niezbędne wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, czysto, przestronnie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Chętnie skorzystałabym jeszcze raz.

Contact with the host was good - they provided information about the check-in process, the payment of tourist tax etc. Once we arrived at the apartment, it took about 10min for a young lady to come and open the apartment and provide the keys and the wifi code. Air conditioning in the bedroom and sitting room. Plenty of hot water. Good location. Quiet street. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The flat is not in a very good condition - and was not very clean - the dishwasher smells and we prefered to wash by hand. No tea towel provided - and no kitchen paper. Usually in airbnbs you find coffee or tea, oil and vinegar used by previous guests - but here there was really nothing apart from salt and pepper. The shower is missing a door which leads to water splashing onto the floor of the bathroom. I think the apartment could use a little renovation to be honest.
