I would recommend this rental to family and friends.
Location was excellent. Very spacious apartment. Quality noise canceling windows facing the main street. You can be in Piazza Santo Spirito in one minute. Furnished with everything you would need.
This rental could be a 10 out of 10 with minor improvements. Bed pillows need replacing, their stuffing has separated and they no longer offer support. The shower appears to be missing a glass door so water got on the bathroom floor everyday. There are signs of water damage on the ceiling in the living room/kitchen. The WiFi connection drops several times a day even sitting in front of the router. As a remote worker, this was frustrating and forced me to have to leave the apartment for a better connection during working hours.

The location and the space. Great comfortable bed and very good lighting. Fantastic. Efficient staff communication.
The shower was good except lacking a shower door. No problem for us necessarily but may become a problem for the owners in the near future. Even a curtain would work.

Great place and location, unusual electrics
The bed was very big and the sofa bed would be plenty big for 2 more people if needed. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and it was very modern. They have little bottles of shampoo & shower gel too!
The electrics were strange- when we arrived someone had turned off the fuse for the water heater and air con in the fuse board, so we turned it on after a cold shower and the hot water worked perfectly afterwards.. but, to get the light in the bathroom to work first thing in the morning you would have to walk under the aircon in the living room, it would beep and then the electrics all worked fine for the day! Really strange, but not a problem when you know

Nestled within close proximity to Santo Spirito Piazza, this clean,comfortable apartment tucked all the boxes, close to great restaurants, bars and attractions, yet in a quiet and chilled part of the City.
Pretty much all good, could have done with a kettle though…

Muy amplio y cuenta con todo lo que pueda necesitar desde lavadora, plancha , secadora de cabello , horno de microondas, kit de primeros auxilios . Muy lindo y limpio , la ubicación muy bien para ir al centro en bus o la terminal . Lo recomiendo
