Heart of Florence in great Location

Amazing location. Good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Close to lots of restaurants. The hosts were responsive when messaged.

The check in process was poorly organised and we ended up waiting outside for almost 2 hours to be let in despite providing a check in time. We weren’t able to cook as the appliances tripped the power. The ensuite is a bit awkward with the stairs and it flooded. There was also constant mosquitoes in the apartment despite all the windows being closed

Flipping marvellous location. Honestly perfect. Great restaurants nearby and this place is right next to the Pitti Palace. Big and roomy, lovely big kitchen table. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Bathroom on one of the rooms had a tiny leaky shower and a lot of stairs. Which looked cool but isn’t ideal in the dark.

Un appartement bien situé sur l'axe Palais Pitti, ponté vecchio et cathédrale.Tres spacieux et confortables. La décoration est à mon avis typique d'un appartement florentin.On se sent comme à la maison.Un accueil convivial.

Druga łazienka, na której mi bardzo mi zależało jest tak ciasna, że nie można się obrócić, prysznic nie domyka się, woda wylatuje na zewnątrz więc przy ścianie jest zawilgocenie. Pokoje nie dysponowały dodatkowymi kocami, a że noce były już chłodne, właścicielka poleciła ogrzewać miejsce klimatyzacją. Niestety nie wszystkie pokoje są w nią wyposażone. Krzesła w jadalni przy stole się chwieją i łatwo o wypadek. Apartament jest na drugim piętrze bez windy. Dla osób starszych wniesienia dużej torby będzie problemem. I do tego bardzo niepotrzebne zamieszanie przy zameldowaniu się. Należy wszystko zrobić internetowo ponieważ inaczej właścicielka nie wyda kluczy. Pobrana zaliczka w kwocie 300 EUR nadal nie jest zwrócona ponieważ system wypłaca ją do 10 dni po opuszczeniu apartamentu.
