The highlights of our stay were so many that I don't know where to begin. The welcome drinks already chilled in the fridge, the basket filled with local snacks, the thoughtful little surprise tray full of delicate Italian pastries and desserts to come back to the room to or just the hostesses being hands on deck at any hour of the day and night if we had anything we needed sorting out, they were 1 message away. Will recommend this to anyone!
The shower was a bit small but other than that, nothing.

Staff is quite hospitable and responsive. Generous amount of free snacks and wine.
There are too many things, it can get messy easily. But that is more our issue than the apartment. Maybe something fresh to eat would have been nice, a little less sugary snacks.
