Prati Charming Apartment

The host was very ongoing, the communication was easy and efficient, was always ready to help or answer questions. After our arrival, we were told some information about the neighborhood, which was really great, because it was easier to walk-around the town and neighborhood as well. The apartment looks exactly like these photos, it was very clean, comfortable, friendly and most importantly beautiful place, and I would love to go back. Air-condition was working perfectly, the bathrooms were clean and equipped with hairdryer, which was a plus. To get to this apartment, you have to take the bus 36 or 37 (you have to get off on Porta Romana) which have bus stop really close to the train station and you will get there in 20 minutes (if you arrive from the airport, the bus stop for 36 and 37 is really close to T2 tram line). So it is really easy to travel to and from the apartment to the city. (if you are traveling from the apartment to the city, you can also take the bus no 11). Also, the pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants are really close, and not in the city center, so it’s not that crowded.

The wifi was not working properly, but it does not affect the overall experience.

Very comfortable and cosy apartament, well equipped and situated in a very quiet area . Even if was placed about 25 minutes from most interested areas , always a good walking through an interesting area near Boboli Garden . Host was very helpful with many good informations about visiting points or good restaurants. Bistecco Fiorentino from The Antica Ristori di Cambio was absolutely amazing !

Everything was fine! Except maybe the mosquito nets missing from the windows in entire apartment

The Prati charming apartments we’re just lovely, it truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space to relax in, very clean and very close to the center of Florence. It also comes with a charming balcony overlooking a lovely green courtyard. Our host Francesco was very helpful and ensured we had nothing to worry about. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone going to Florence.
