De locatie in de wijk Oltrarno. Minder toeristische wijk. Fijn ruim appartement.
Het verkeer voor de deur. Met het raam open is er veel lawaai.

Sehr groß und geräumig, gute Lage, Garage in der Nähe
Man hört den Verkehrslärm auch nachts, die WC Spülung im Hauptbad muss dringend repariert werden und ebenso die Badezimmer Tür, denn diese konnte nicht verriegelt werden. Die Duschkabine dichtet nicht ab und somit ist nach dem duschen alles nass. Die Küche ist mit wenig Geschirr ausgestattet, zB nicht genügend Tassen und Wassergläser sowie Besteck, keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine

The place itself was very nice, a lot of space, large kitchen and living area, AC, etc. The host met us early and allowed us to drop off our luggage, which was great. A bit of a walk from the city center, but nothing unmanageable.
The only issue was there is a bar across the street that is noisy, and a very busy road below the hotel, with cars constantly honking their horns. The windows were thin, so you could hear alot of noise into the early hours of the morning. You will need earplugs in order to sleep, otherwise no issue.
