A lovely apartment for a couple on the south side

It's a corner apartment on the second floor with an elevator, with a living area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a shower with a washing machine. There are plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, and cutlery. There is a proper dining table; however, the chairs are too small. The sitting area is a place to sit and relax after visiting the city. We arrived at the apartment at 11 pm. The woman in charge of the place waited for us, it cost, but it was nice of her to stay.

The kitchen is not designed for cooking or preparing food; the refrigerator is too big, there is not enough counter space to work on, and there is only one socket for the kettle, toaster, or espresso machine, but you can't use all of them at the same time. I would add more shelves in the kitchen, but you can work with what you get. The check-in time is only one hour at noon.

Isabella who met us at property for check in was so professional and very helpful. We stayed for a week so she came once to change sheets and towels. Nicely decorated. Fully fitted kitchen. Great shower.

A great spot in the Oltrarno

This is the second time I’ve booked this apartment for visiting relatives. It’s clean, modern, and well decorated. Great location. And it has an elevator!

All as stated in the description. Elevator, kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable bed. Appears newly remodeled. Perfect location in San Frediano neighborhood, Oltrano District. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short walks to sights. Location is above Gune’ Restaurant. (Across street from 50 San Frediano). Best to use ChatGPT. Contact Isabell when you arrive in Florence. She only speaks Italian but uses mobile translation. Wonderful person.

Our suite was on San Frediano transit. Can be noisy when emergency vehicles drive by. Same as any street within hearing distance.

Great apartment with welcoming host. A wonderful place to stay when exploring Florence.

Isabella was a delight. She speaks little English but is warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a desirable area with plenty of local shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and decorated tastefully. Even the entrance and lift are immaculate and of high standard. Short enjoyable walk to city centre and many local buses. We visited Rome during our stay which was easy by train.

The floor was at time wet which I can only assume is related to humidity, temperature and air conditioning. It wasn’t easy to segregate rubbish for recycling and refuse collection with a small bin. These were minor things and I would 100% stay here again.

I’m sorry to say that our stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues: • The lift was not working throughout our stay. This was especially difficult for my father, who has mobility issues, and had a very hard time using the stairs. • The thermostat was stuck at 27°C, making it impossible to sleep comfortably even for a single night. • There were no fans in the apartment, which made the space extremely stuffy and hot. • The Wi-Fi was not working, and to make matters worse, mobile data didn’t work inside the apartment either. I had to step outside just to check my messages. Unfortunately, these issues seriously affected our experience, and I did not enjoy my stay.

Some carpets could do nicely, the tiles are really cold, and you cannot walk barefoot on them. I'm guessing they are warm when the heating is on, but in the summer, it's just not pleasant to walk on them.

Great stay in florence.

The apartment is spacious and clean! All cooking facilities available as well. Has a washing/dryer machine. Mrs Isabella is lovely and very easy to deal with regardless of the fact she knows little English. Location is safe, has an elevator, only a short 10/15 walk to old town area.

No olive oil or basic condiments so if you do want to cook make sure to buy what is needed The mattress was comfortable enough but is getting old and has a divot, either needs to be turned or new one to be purchased.

Isabela was very nice Modern and big apartment. Everything you need Close to the city

The cleaning could be better: the dust was not removed It was a little cold in the apartment. The floor is very cold I asked Isabela to turn on the heating( it was 20 degrees and because the floor was too cold it was worse than that) but she told me they already switched to summer mode and cannot change it.

Nice to remember

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious, and we especially appreciated having a separate kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and modern. The location is excellent. Overall, we would gladly stay here again.

We missed having a microwave, and the floor in the apartment was cold, no carpet — overall, the apartment felt quite chilly. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable, more focused on design than function. The TV was very small and practically useless. If there are guests in the bar downstairs, the apartment can get quite noisy. It would be great if the staff spoke English. Isabella is very kind, but it’s a real struggle having to constantly use a translator, especially since there’s barely any decent internet in Florence.

Amazing

Great location, away from the city centre in a quieter part of Florence. It is in a more upmarket area. City centre is about a 30 minute walk away. Coffee shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is nice and spacious. It is fully equipped, it’s got a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, coffee and biscuits. The host Isabelle was incredible, very responsive and very helpful.

The apartment was fantastic!!

The location was good. I say that only because much of what we were doing was across the bridge. But, we had a personal guide one day and she showed us many great shops, restaurants , artisans and locations in the neighborhood.

The smaller bedroom with twin beds was very cramped and the beds could have been more comfortable.

Cozy apartment with modern design

Modern apartment with excellent design in quiet area. Close to the historic center, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. There are some pizzerias and cafes nearby. If you prefer to cook your own food, then apartment has everything you need for this , Also there are small good grocery stores nearby.

Beautiful location, close to everything within walking distance, comfortable bed

Comfortable sofa in the living room to relax after a long day of walking. Very comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms with large shower with 2 types of jets, washer dryer and dishwasher! Everything you need in the kitchen to make good pasta for dinner. Perfect for a familly with 2 kids.

If I return to Florence, I would stay here again

Isabella was waiting for us at the property and was very friendly. With the assistance of Google Translate, communicating was easy. The apartment was in excellent shape - well-decorated and clean. We greatly appreciated the washer/dryer combination and the air conditioning. The neighborhood was quiet, and although it isn't located in the touristy area, it is only a 15 minute walk to the major attractions. If I return to Florence, I would stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment in Excellent Location

Really lovely large apartment in an excellent location, only 15 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio in the Oltrarno area. Also 20 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a decent kitchen, the large bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. Isabella was lovely, and although she does not speak English and we don't speak Italian, we communicated perfectly well with a bit of help from google translate.

Kitchen could do with a few more utensils for those who want to do a bit of cooking, and maybe some table mats would be useful.

Excellent apartment. I was a bit sceptical because the images are not real photos rather some kind of model, but the place was perfect.

The airconditioning couldn't be adjusted from the apartment, we needed to contact the owner to remotely lower the temperature. It worked out at the end, but we were freezing for one night

I liked the presentation and comfort of the apartment, welcome by host and the location away from the busy city centre but easy to access. There were many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

It looks brand new. Fantastic place - modern, clean and comfortable. The facilities are great (apart from the standard, there is washer and dryer). A short walk to tourist sites. There are many nice restaurants nearby. We definitely will be returning.
