The apartment was in a perfect location for our family who traveled there for a ballet convention nearby. There were restaurants, grocery, and most importantly Gelato right within the immediate few blocks. The host was amazing and helpful, she brought us new linens and towels a few days in. The apartment itself was beautiful and high end, beds were great, and was plenty of room for my family of 5.
I cant think of anything that I did not like about the apartment. Everything was perfect for what we needed and hoped for.

Isabella was absolutely delightful. We communicated using Google translate which was great fun. The location was perfect and we loved the surroundings where we stayed- it felt very authentic. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Florence. It is just a short walk to cross the river Arno to the busy side. Stylishly decorated with all the needed facilities. We stayed in many good apartments but this one was definitely our favourite.
