Very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of coffee and tea. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a Godsend as we had already been traveling a week and had 2 weeks to go! Plenty of toiletries and toilet paper for the 4 of us for our entire stay. Location was really good—within walking distance of just about everything.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare the first couple of days; figuring out where we were legally allowed to park without fear of being towed/fined took quite a bit of time. We ended up parking about 2 blocks away and left the car there for 2 days since we knew it was a valid space. When a spot right in front of the apartment became available, one of us stood in that space and the other ran and got our car and parked it there until we left a few days later. We did laugh at the antics of it though! Because the apartment is quite literally right on the street, we did not feel comfortable opening the blinds, therefore, it was a bit dark in the apartment. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a little outdoor space in the back. With all that being said, we realize the owner, Barbara, has absolutely no control over any of these situations! She was very responsive and helpful with ALL our questions!

Logement très cosy où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Très bien décoré , équipé , calme et super bien placé pour visiter Florence à pied. Barbara a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et interrogations. Un séjour de rêve.
