We got in and the agent came right away with extra towels, instructions, everything we wanted. There's free parking on the street in front of the building and it is located just outside ZTL. If you drive in Italy you know what I mean, and if you don't know about it, but you still drive, please check any cities you wish to visit for the restricted residential area. It gets really expensive if you drive or park in the ZTL zone. Walk to the Dome or pretty much any old town attractions is 15-30 min, and you're outside of the madness with residential feel, grocery store within a block and plenty of restaurants around. I would and will come back here.

Emplacement idéal Lits confortables

Bruit dans l’immeuble. Douche sans pression : impossible d’utiliser la pomme de douche. Pas de tapis de bain. Pas d’articles de courtoisie : éponge, torchon, liquide vaisselle, dosettes de café… Pas d’affichage WIFI.

Este alojsmiento es precioso, y muy confortable, tiene wiffi, netflix, y huele fenomenal, super limpio y cerca de todo a pie, tiene supermercado al lado, y su anfitrion es muy amable, sin duda si volvemos a Florencia repetiremos!

Me ha encantado todo

The family restaurant and grocery nearby. The owner was attentive at first when we checked in and even allow us to leave our luggage’s when we arrived early, apologized for no clean towels.

There’s no clean towels, all the closets are full of untidy bed sheets and pillows. No room for guests to use it. If you open 1 closet near the living room, all the linens, towels and cleaning stuff are every where. Even the drawers in the kitchen, the vacuum brush was inside the kitchen drawers together with their kitchen placemat. Need to re-evaluate the housekeeping staff.
