OK but overrated. Pictures are misleading.

1. The place is spacious, even though the top floor has very low ceiling, thus making it uncomfortable and only suitable for small children. 2. The appartment is within 15 mins walking distance to the city center, which makes it convenient. 3. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. 4. The kitchen was fully equiped. 5. It is quiet, provided that nearby neighbours are not shouting to each other. The framing is old allows external noises to pass inside. 6. The wi-fi was reliable and fast. 7. There were some free coffee capsules. 8. There are some big supermarkets at walking distance.

1. I had to pay an extra 50 Euros for "late check-in". Something that could have been avoided by a safe box as it happened in many other stays I had in Italy. I take this charge as "hidden cost". 2. I think that the place is very overrated considering that its obsolescence. 3. The apartment does not correspond to the pictures. The photos correspond to a much earlier period and should be updated. They create wrong expectations. 4. We have paid 155 EUR for cleaning services and the land owner required us to get rid of the garbage and not leave dirty dishes, something that does not make sense. 5. We received no instructions how to dispose the garbage and we had to guess them.

The property had plenty of room for a family of 4. It felt very comfortable and clean. It was about a half hour walk to the Duomo, but closer to some of the other things we were interested in seeing. However, for the amount of room and for the price, it was a great value. Antonella was very helpful in pointing out different things to see and places to eat. She was also helpful in assisting us with the washer since it is very different than what we have at home.

The bathrooms on the 3rd floor has a sloped ceiling so for my son who is over 6 ft. it was a little hard to shower in. Also, not having a shower door or basin made it a little more difficult. It was nothing that couldn’t have been worked around, just took some getting used to.

Regrettable. I would never stay here again.

Air conditioning is only in 2 rooms. The other spaces are not ventilated at all, no fan and opening the window will only let in hot air and mosquitoes. I requested for a fan and was given a small fan that barely better than a hand held fan. There’s no second exit, only 1 front door. I felt unsafe in case there’s any emergency. All the doors gives loud creak making it very noisy at night especially when others go to the bathroom. It’s was not very well cleaned. There was crumbs and dirt under the dining table, crusty food in the cooking pots, dust and cobwebs at every edges and corners. All the fake plants are full of dust. The pillows for the pull out couch are hard therefore not at all comfortable. Out of our 4 nights stay I did not have a single night that was more than 4 hours of sleep due to noise or the heat or the bad pillows. Back windows open directly to a neighbors yard who has direct view into the apartment.

Alles was Mann braucht in der nähe von Stadtzentrum

Voll ausgestattet und viel Platz für alle. Wir waren 7. Nett und liebevoll Gastgeber. See hat uns till spät abend gewartet und hat uns eine kleine Presentation von der Stadt gegeben. Antonella selber ist eine 10/10. Mann findet nicht oft solche Menschen, die so viele Liebe für ihre Arbeit zeigen. Danke :)

Verbesserungsvorschlag : Lärmschutz, mann konnte relativ einfach die Straßenlärm hören.

Cudowny pobyt w przytulnym domu

Wspaniała gospodyni Antonella, pomocna na każdym etapie, zawsze chętna służyć radą i wsparciem. Dała nam dużo przydatnych wskazówek, co zobaczyć w mieście i jak się po nim poruszać. Ponadto mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację. W pobliżu znajdują się świetnie wyposażone sklepy spożywcze i kawiarnie. Dom jest przestronny i bardzo wygodny.

Als ik terugkom, dan zeker op deze plek.

Prachtig huis! Woonkamer en 2 verdiepingen. Locatie was ook top. Met 10 minuten ben je in het oude gedeelte. Auto parkeren bij een parkeergarage is aan te raden. Antonella en Magda die ons hebben geholpen/ ontvangst waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het enige wat jammer is, is dat je niet naar buiten kunt ( geen balkon/ tuin)

Una casa con mucho encanto y amplia para estar en familia. Tanto Antonella como Heidy fueron muy amables y atentas durante toda la estancia . Tuvieron la cortesía de dejarnos fruta y agua fresquita que agradecimos con el calor que hacía. Heidy nos explicó todos los sitios imprescindibles para visitar y tomar algo. Un acierto
