Our apartment was exceptional. The location was fantastic, just a 5 mins walk across the bridge into the city for all the attractions. There is plenty of choice for restaurants close by, too. Highly recommend! 😊

Nice interior and furnishings. Very modern and new; high end and luxury. Helpful staff. Nice kitchen. Walking distance to central area; Ponte veccio and Arno river.
Very noisy above restaurant; had to ask people in late hours to quiet down; street noise also bad. hard mattress and pillows similar to a futon. No place for toiletries in bathroom. Lots of stairs. Air conditioning turned off- called office to turn on twice; closed after 530 pm.

The AC worked extremely well.
One of the bedrooms had an extremely small bathroom. That should be mentioned in the description.
