Great place, highly recommend

The terrace is definitely the highlight of the property, it is gorgeous! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, light and has everything you need. It’s located in a quiet place, just 15-20 minutes walking to all the main attractions, but you can also use a bus, the stop is next to the house. We spent a wonderful week in Florence, enjoyed very warm weather for November and not too crowded city. I wish we could stay longer :).

We had a very comfortable stay above the rooftops.

Great views from the large deck. Airy and spacious rooms with multiple doors accessing the deck. Comfortable beds. Well equipped for a multi-day stay. Nicely decorated. Convenient location.

Small thing: a bad smell lingered for the first night of our stay, but then disappeared.

10 out of 10 for family

3rd time in Florence, I was looking for a place that's continent, easy access to tourists areas, and quite. This apartment is amazing. I travel with 2 toddlers, despite the stairs that we had to carry our luggage and strollers, the apartment still is a great add on to the experiences. It has everything you need for a daily life, cafe in 2 mins walk has amazing pastry ( very Italian and local food), walkable to the Dumo Plaza, the view from the living room, amazing. We enjoyed our breakfast in both sunning days and raining days. The host clearly want to make the apartment the best experience to the guests. Another thing worth mentioning is that the apartment locates in a residential area, I feel very safe with my young children.

Please know that there are some stairs before access to the lift, because all the buildings are old in Florence, I think this building already done the best it can.

- elevator is very slow, so we'd better just walk the stairs, but it helps for the luggage - the host was a bit slow to respond and with the details about checkin/checkout, but I still 100% recommend the apartment because it was very nice

The views are terrific. The closeness to quality restaurants and to the bus stops. Everything about it was wonderful. The windows ..love, love.

Good apartment in a convenient location.

Really good apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything in Florence but out of the main tourist chaos. Plenty of space in the apartment and a great terrace.

We had problems with the air conditioning which was not working properly. In 35 degree temperatures, this was a big issue given the apartment gets a lot of sun. The host was communicative and eventually the problem was resolved after a few days.

Very nice; met our expectations; the location is convenient to the city by bus or foot.

The view from the terrace was not quite as impressive as the listing made it appear to be, but I did not expect it to match the description. The terrace served its purpose by providing an outdoor environment that expands the perception of space.

We kept the doors and windows closed to ward off mosquitoes, but this was not successful. There were a lot of them inside. At dawn and dusk, Florence is full of swallows eating as many as they can. What we needed was a pet swallow in the apartment. ;-)

penthouse with magnificent view and perfect location

magnificent view of the city from the terrace, perfect location which is quiet enough from the touristy dumo and uffizi area but still walking distance to all must visit spots in Florence, we managed to walk to train station with our luggage within 10 mins for our 7am train. The apartment is also spacious and newly furnished and fully equipped with all essential amenities, it's also baby friendly with high chair and cot. overall we are enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend others to stay here

beautiful, modern apartment with fabulous views in a great location. Niccolò was great for check in…VERY helpful and prompt.

small problems like no dishwashing soap, no paper towels or napkins, and the coffee maker was unusable due to the wrong pod in it…and pantry stash had more wrong types. Either provide a few of the right kind and/or leave a note as to what’s needed and get rid of the wrong ones. Small problems though relative to the quality of the apartment.

Exceptional penthouse with a very attentive host. Recommend highly.

Pascal met us upon arrival very promptly. He also explained the key points with the apartment and was very helpful and polite. The apartment is fantastic, very spacious and views in almost every direction. The kitchen has all the essentials needed and was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the memory foam pillows. We only stayed for two nights but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay,

Hard to be critical but the heating wasn't on and it was rather cold in the evening. The air conditioning didn't seem to be on either but we didn't ask the hosts so can't really say much else.

Ausladen vor dem Haus (in Nachbareinfahrt); Gepäck im Haus durch "Betreuung" bewacht, während wir das Fahrzeug in die nahe gelegene Garage gebracht haben! Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransport, Erklärung der Wohnung und (ganz toll! Nochmals Danke!): Beschreibung aller "Wege" mit Tipps zu: Einkaufen Restaurants und natürlich Sehenswürdigkeiten!

Proche du centre (10-15 min du ponte vecchio), spacieux, haut plafonds, deco moderne, vue sur la ville, lit agréable . Nous avons profité de toute la ville à pied

Rien. Il y avait le bruit de l’Arno et des bars alentours, mais les fenêtres fermées, l’appartement était très tranquille (en mars, la température était parfaite). Nous n’avons pas utilisé l’ascenseur qui est effectivement très lent et qui part du 1er étage.
