Very good location, roomy and comfortable for out party of four. There are actually 3 bedrooms which worked out great for our group. Nice kitchen with Nespresso machine and pods. Rooms all had comfortable beds and one of the baths had a Washer/dryer which we did not see in any of the other three apartments we stayed in over our trip. Location is only a short walk from a number of great Restaurants (don't miss the Parione!) and only 15-20 mins. from the major museums. Parking garage is 1.5 blocks (absolute necessity in Florence). I would have added photos but Booking does not support .heic format and that is what you with iPhones.
There was an issue with hot water on the last day. I suspect it was due to the city having dug up a water main a block from the apartment. It was reported but I did not hear the solution before we left

The apartment was large for Florence with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very near all attractions. Nicely renovated kitchen.
Unfortunately the washing machine was broken. Also low water pressure and challenges with hot water. Hosts were very responsive.
