About this apartment rental
Newly remodeled, right in the heart of Florence’s historic center: an 8-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Uffizi Museum. Restaurants, bars, markets, and shops are right downstairs. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms:
1) Wine Room (21 sq.mt.), very bright with two windows, a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), A/C, and a smart TV.
2) World Suite (16 sq m) with en-suite bathroom, 2 windows, a queen-size bed (150x190 cm), A/C, and a smart TV.
3) Marilyn Room (10 sq m) with a French bed (140x200 cm), a small terrace, A/C, and a smart TV.
4) Le Petit: a small guest room with one single bed, a smart TV, one window, and A/C.
There is a large kitchen where you’ll find all the essential cookware for preparing your meals and a Nespresso coffee machine (no A/C in the kitchen). There is a second bathroom in the hallway. (No A/C in the hallway or bathroom)
The “World Suite” has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other rooms share the bathroom in the hallway.
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is a coin-operated laundry machine right downstairs (30 meters from the condo door).
The building is located right on the corner of a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you won’t need to enter the ZTL to reach the building’s entrance. The base rate covers up to 4 people. If there are more than 4 guests (children are counted as adults), there is an extra charge for each additional guest, up to a total of 7 people. Please be sure to select the correct number of guests in your party when making your reservation. If you need to check in earlier or later, we can arrange it if possible; the cost is 30€ (late check-in until 1:00 PM; early check-in from noon). The tourist tax (6€ per day per person for up to 7 days) will be paid after check-in.

Our stay at this VRBO was excellent. The property was exceptionally nice and perfectly located in the heart of the area, making it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and shops.The air conditioning worked extremely well, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The host also provided fans, although we never needed them because the air conditioning was more than sufficient.The host provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, and they responded to all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Really nice place. Best sleep our party had all trip as each room has its own (effective) air conditioning unit. Good location near the river and within a short walk of the train station. Only concern for older travelers with large suitcases is it was on the third floor of a building that doesn’t have an elevator.

The apt is as described, clean and cute theme rooms, 2 adequate bathrooms and air conditioned. It is a 3 story walk up, so do not plan on any heavy luggage as there is no first floor storage or check out day storage available. Otherwise the apt was comfortable, but noted there is no living room, so if you are seeking a place to sleep and have coffee and breakfast this is a suitable spot for you. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, it is also near the river Arno, it is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Florence. The host was available by text if needed.
