Enjoyable stay

We had an enjoyable stay at the Otelo apartment. It is essential to have a comfortable retreat after a day spent visiting the city's sights. The location, in the city centre, means that we had a 10 to 20-minute walk to reach the famous museums, churches and squares. Also, many thanks to our hosts for their efficiency and kindness.

The property is in a great location close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. It is light, spacious and clean and includes everything you need.

Great location - we would stay again.

It was modern and spacious. There were 2 bathrooms which was good for 6 adults. The location was great near to Santa Maria Novella train station. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property too. Marco was very helpful too.

Small issues - we did not realise that there were two number 56 houses in the street but found it eventually. And a couple of the plug sockets made the lights go off, but nothing too major.

Cozy and homey

Overall, our stay at Otello Suite was very comfortable and felt just like home. There were 3 bedrooms, so me, my wife & our 3 children can have our own space. There were also 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. What we really appreciated was how close it was to the train station and we could simply walk to the property. During our stay, we didn’t need to use public transportation, as most tourist attractions were within walking distance. The location is also surrounded by many delicious food spots. Most importantly, thank you to the host for their warmth and kindness, especially for allowing us to store our luggage before check-in time.

Extremely spacious for 7 of us. Clean and tidy. The well holes made rooms brighter. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating.

There was no elevator but it was not a big deal.

although only one floor but the floor is narrow， maybe a little bit hard for large suitcase

A lovely apartment in a quiet location, just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the sights of Floren

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were 4 of us but only sofa space for 2-3. Only a very minor issue though.
