About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish vacation in this apartment in downtown Florence. We’re located just steps from the Central Station, a few minutes’ walk from all the city’s attractions.
This Airbnb has been completely renovated with modern amenities and traditional Florentine charm. Spanning 150 square meters, it’s ideal for couples, friends, and family gatherings. You won’t have to sacrifice your privacy, as there are four spacious double bedrooms thoughtfully laid out. Sleeps up to 8 people; children are welcome. Elevator.
The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a stately apartment building with an elevator. Its large size and numerous windows offer splendid views of the city and the adjacent St. James American Episcopal Church, where David Bowie was married.
The spaces are distributed over two levels connected by a beautiful solid-wood spiral staircase.
The four bedrooms are spacious and feature windows; they are furnished in a classic Florentine style with comfortable double beds. Some also feature antique decorative fireplaces that are no longer in use. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The second bathroom, on the other hand, offers guests the opportunity to relax in the bathtub.
Three Smart TVs are featured in the living room and the two main rooms, and fast WiFi is available in all rooms.
On the second floor, in addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is space for: an old, renovated, and fully equipped kitchen; a dining room ready to welcome all guests; the living room; and a convenient storage room.
On the top floor, in addition to the fourth, very cozy attic room, you’ll find a space used as a laundry room, complete with a sink, washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of extra space.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything my family of 8 needed. With two older adults and a toddler, the elevator to the apartment was a life saver. The host Guilia communicated with me throughout the entire check in process and was very accommodating. The location was a short walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. Many restaurants and a market were just around the corner which made things easy. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Guilia! We would stay here again next time we visit Florence.

This location was extremely convenient and so nearby the train station besides that our host helped us accommodate ourselves well and was always available. The lift was very helpful being that my mom can't go up to many stairs. This place is so beautiful!! I will definitely return in the future.

We travelled as a family group of 5 including my elderly mother and knowing this apartment had a lift. The apartment is reasonably conveniently located in relation to exploring the sites of Florence. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. We appreciated the special touch of having a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and would highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was even better than the online pictures. Plenty of space of our group of 8 to settle. Great neighborhood, easy walking access to train station. The owner was very helpful accessing property and providing neighborhood tips. We would definitely stay here again. Ciao
