A localizaçao é muito boa, proxima a estação Santa Maria Novelle , que facilita muito.
O apto é muito bom, porém precisando de manutenção na porta do banheiro da suite; manutençao da caixa de descarga; manutençao nos chuveiros e no aquecedor. Muito barulho na madrugada de pessoas fazendo algassara; pesoal descartando o lixo nas lixeiras proximas e facial muito barulho.

Muy lindo y cómodo departamento. Limpio y prolijo. Kits de cortesía para la cocina y los baños. Excelente ubicación, a 500 m de la estación de trenes. Nos sentimos a gusto, Dilan muy atento y servicial.
