Luca's house

Casa pulitissima, soprattutto il bagno. Camera da letto grande adatta anche a più persone. Condizionatori presenti che non hanno fatto sentire il caldo estivo. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi

Purtroppo correlato al vantaggio della posizione c'è il problema del rumore presente già dalla mattina presto, ma i proprietari sono stati gentili a lasciare dei tappi per le orecchie monouso sul comodino

I liked everything. The unit is in an excellent location - steps from the train station and the metro stop, walking distance to important attractions and lots of nearby restaurants. The unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is well stocked and very roomy. The staff is wonderful - great welcoming briefing and immediate response when I asked for some help with train tickets. And best of all, the value received for the price paid was the best I have found in Europe to this date. I highly recommend Luca’s House for anyone visiting Florence.

Muito bem localizado. Lugar bem grande, cozinha completa. Anfitriões super receptivos, gostei muito do espaço. Precisei de um auxílio e fui rapidamente atendida.

Não é um ponto negativo, mas a taxa tem que ser paga em dinheiro. É importante se atentar a isso.

The apartment had plenty of room. It was handy to the train station. Lots of resturant near by. And walking distance to the main square.

Very very Noisy. Our windows, which we needed open for air because there was NO air conditioning, opened directly onto the street. The street was a main road for cars, motor bikes, buses and ambulances 24hours. Electric charging stations below our window also meant constant foot traffic. Also no toaster supplied and only 2 coffee pods for a 5 day stay. No extra toilet paper.
