Generous in size!

It was very good value, especially the size of the apartment. The apartment consisted of a large, main hall, a dining room area, a small kitchen, a large lounge room, a side hall, a large, internal bathroom (Shower, no bath tub), and a large bedroom - all generously sized. Though noisy, the location was ideal (To get to other places). It was secure and private. Spotlessly clean and helpful, friendly owners. Gas central heating, to a comfortable temperature (Good, as it was November).

If I had to be fussy, some of the fixtures (Like light fittings) weren’t attached to the wall / ceiling. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave and although it had an oven, it had a gas hob that didn’t have an igniter switch, so it couldn’t be used, so was a bit unsafe. The noise from the street WAS loud, but I got used to it.

Convenient & Comfortable Florence stay.

I only stayed one night as I was transferring to another city. However I would recommend this to others for a longer stay as it is in an excellent location close to the station, near lots of restaurants and yet an easy walk to other parts of the city. A very charming, comfortable and clean apartment.

Great and safe location close to my interests

Few minutes from the bus and train station. Walking distance from the atractions. Two separate bedrooms and small but enough common space. Clean everywhere. Renovated. Next to you there are many restaurants and shops. You feel safe in the apartment. The owner is kind and friendly.

Some details in the kitchen could be better. More cups and microwave.

Great value for a short stay.

Simoni was very friendly and the directions to get in were good. The location was good - very close to the train station, which was perfect for me, restaurants and all the tourist attractions.

Noise from the road could have been an issue but the owners left ear plugs (which I used and rarely do) and the traffic seemed to die down - either way I slept fine.

Sub par for amount of money

Clean, spacious the ac worked well. They left some cakes and bread, which was nice.

What I didn’t like was that the sun checked me in and said that if I wanted to stay another night, I could contact Maria and let her know and which I did. Then Maria came the next morning at 10 AM and said I had to get out and move to a different room because they had a guest that was coming in that day which I understand things happen, but even though I was renting another night in a different room within the building It’s like they were pushing me out especially the husband. It wasn’t very nice. The place is close to the train station but a 15 -20 minute walk to Duomo, if this helps.

I would not recommend this place, it's better to pay a bit more and stay in hotel in the same area.

Located near train station and major city's point of interests. Friendly host, but you can only see them when check inn.

The room was big, but no mirror, no bin. I was told that it's warm enough so no need to use AC, but I was freezing the first night. Bathroom was also cold. Shower leaking. Awful pillows.

Very nice apartment great location

Great location just less than two blocks from the train station and close to everything. Very big and nice apartment with a great host.

There is only AC in the main bedroom but air is pointing to the ceiling so we couldn’t get much of air. There is no AC for the eat of the apartment so the kitchen, hallway and other room very very hot.

The ground floor apartment was spacious and well kept. The host was helpful. The location is very convenient, less than 5 min walk from Florence SMN station.

Not very restful.

The apartment had plenty of room. It was handy to the train station. Lots of resturant near by. And walking distance to the main square.

Very very Noisy. Our windows, which we needed open for air because there was NO air conditioning, opened directly onto the street. The street was a main road for cars, motor bikes, buses and ambulances 24hours. Electric charging stations below our window also meant constant foot traffic. Also no toaster supplied and only 2 coffee pods for a 5 day stay. No extra toilet paper.

Amazing location, with all the big sights on walking distance. Great facilities, even if you’re staying for a longer period. Host was very welcoming and had great suggestions for pizza 😊.

The apartment is at street level on a busy street so it can be noisy outside, even late at night or early in the morning. Host had provided ear plugs, that worked perfectly and I slept like a baby.

Окна не открываются никак. Не нашли соль и других мелочей . В одной комнате окно выходит в подъезд и ночью светит свет. Хорошо бы закрыть шторой

La posizione ottimale e la pulizia

Essendo in una via molto trafficata e al piano terra, si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Io però non ne ho sofferto più di tanto perché ho il sonno molto pesante. In ogni caso vengono lasciati in dotazione dei tappi per le orecchie

Excelente ubicación y bien equipado

Muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos a pie de casi todos los puntos turisticos. Simone, me recibió super bien, me mostró el lugar y estuvo atento a todas mis preguntas. Yo solo lo ocupé para dormir, pero esta bastante bien equipado.

Por poner algo, la tv es antigua y no puedes poner app de streaming...
