It was listed with washer and dryer, however, only washer was provided. Had to throw away some cloths as they smell without drying properly. Drain pipe in the bedroom with in-suit was making some noise through the night.

The apartment had all necessary amenities. It was clean and very spacious. Glad to have a washer, plus two balconies. Everything was very clean. The only con is that the shower was small and older, but that seems to be fairly standard for the area. There is a gate and a locked building door, which made me feel secure. The access to the train station is a huge plus. Florence is very walkable.
