The location was great. On the south side of the river away from a lot of the crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere. Also, Fabio was very responsive when we had questions.

Spacious, cool, had everything we needed.
We had to pay extra for the parking and it wasn’t ideal because you had to go inside to get the key fob and temporarily park whilst you did so. It was a hassle / the sane in reverse when you needed to load your car with luggage.

The location is excellent. The apartment is huge and very spacious. Nice to experience a short stay in a typical Florence apartment overlooking the street and good views.
Needs a refurbishment and to be better equipped.
