Amplasarea e una bună, San Frediano fiind o zonă cu străduțe liniștite, un loc recomandat de altfel pt vizitat. De la gară se ajunge lejer pe jos. La fel și la obiectivele turistice. Practic nu prea ai nevoie d e mijloc de transport. Proprietarul a fost comunicativ și serviabil transmițând informațiile în avans. Locuința are 2 camere cu paturi matrimoniale și o bucătărie.
Deși proprietatea are aer condiționat, acesta face cu greu față (de fapt nu prea face). Sunt 3 unități interioare legate la una exterioară. Asta face ca sistemul să nu funcționeze prea bine. Unitatea cea mai depărtată, cea din dormitor nu dă de fapt rece, doar ventilează. Intrarea în locuință poate fi un impediment pentru claustrofobi. Rar vezi un hol atât de strâmt. Din cele 2 băi, una e amplasată pe un fost balcon iar geamurile creează un efect de seră, așa ca e foarte cald peste zi.
