Beautiful apartment. Needs maintenance

Unit was very nice. Downstairs apartment ceiling was beautiful. Plenty of room for multiple families.

Bathroom maintenance. Both shower pans leaked on the floor. Sewer smell in downstairs apartment. No hand soaps in either bathroom

A comfortable apartment in a fab location!!

The location was really good - just a few doors down the road was a great little panetteria that also served good coffee and there was also a craft beer place for those who enjoy a cold birre on a hot day. Further down the road were loads of restaurants, bars and shops and it's just a short walk from the river and bridges that are amazing to watch the sunset from. The actual apartment was spacious and perfect for our two families from NZ.

We couldn't check in early but wanted to drop our bags off so we could explore the city during our short stay, however, that was a little bit complicated. It all worked out in the end - it just meant we had to see the apartment in it's uncleaned state which wasn't the greatest but when we returned it had been cleaned and our bags were all safe.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment around 15 minutes walk to ponte vecchio. Supermarket available just across the street. Easy access as its on ground floor and ample parking available on streets.

San Frediano Review

Location to bus stops, Arno River, dining, and the major attractions were all within a short walking distance. We are in our 60s and walked most of Florence's key attractions with ease. The home was clean, well maintained, and perfect for up to 6 people. The owners were quick to help with parking suggestions for those driving. Wonderful place at a great price for the location.

inconvenient and don’t recommend

The hotel is on the first floor of a street, and unfamiliar people may come to knock on the door. Additionally, there is still ongoing renovation outside. The first floor has two double beds, so only four people can stay. Those with more people need to stay in the basement, which is cold and damp. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well either; you can only get a signal in the living room. The signal in every room is weak, and in the basement, not only does the Wi-Fi not work, but even your own phone has no signal. It's like being cut off from the outside world in the basement. There’s no supermarket near the hotel. The host of the guesthouse is not in Florence, so they cannot offer us timely

Super voor een paar dagen Florence.

Locatie was super. In de buurt zijn veel goede restaurants die buiten de touristtraps zitten en normale prijzen hebben. Appartement was schoon. Toegang ideaal met app.

Airco werkte niet goed. Kinderbed miste beddengoed.

Amplio y equipado

El departamento es amplio, cómodo y está muy bien equipado, tiene hasta lava vajillas . También estaba muy limpio. En el sótano hay dos dormitorios que son amplios, aunque para subir de sde el dormitorio del fondo, debes atravesar por dónde otra personas duermen. Nosotros viajamos en familia, por lo que este detalle no fue una incomodidad, pero lo menciono porque quizás otros huéspedes deban tenerlo en cuenta.No tuvimos contacto personal con el anfitrión ya que todo se manejó via internet, pero su respuesta fue rápida y cordial.

Hermos estado viajando por muchos lugares, pero el check in en este departamento en especia,l nos resultó un poco engorroso. Todo es a través de una aplicación. Con antelación nos llegó un correo como para completar datos de documentación y el pago de impuestos. Solo un miembro de la familia, después de varios intentos pudo hacer el pago ya que no tenemos Paypal ni la otra aplicación. No aceptaban transferencia bancaria ni pago en efectivo. En otros alojamientos alguien nos esperó e incluso pudimos pagarlos en efectivo. Luego, al llegar al lugar, solo uno de mi familia tenía internet como para abrir la puerta, que también es virtual. Como no llegamos todos juntos, debimos esperar para poder abrir. Luego, al conectarnos con el wifi del departamento, ese problema se solucionó.. En resumen, demasiadas vueltas para acceder.
