Probably the best place we stayed during our trip. We were traveling with a car and we needed a place outside of Florence. We had a good parking spot. The tram is like 5 minutes away and gets you to the city in ~20 minutes. Best way to get inside of Florence the city and explore. The host was very helpful with recommending us a few places we can have dinner at, in the hills (there are hills around the city). We visited two of them and were quite happy. The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Very comfortable for a family of 4.

Comfortable apartment!

Great location for us as we were visiting family in Scandicci - there is an easy tram connection to Firenze, but it is still about 30mn to city centre. Very nice, clean place, everything we need is available, very comfortable beds, nice neighborhood with supermarkets, parks for kids available nearby.

Comfortable stay in a very clean homey apartment. Pleasant host. Easy transit to city center.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Several private bedrooms, separate living room and kitchen. All necessary tools in the kitchen, including a coffee machine as a pleasant surprise. Location is in a quiet peaceful place, about 30 minutes by direct tram to the center. The building is new with an elevator. Great and welcoming host!

I would suggest removing the door into the kitchen, as when opened it closes access to fridge. I would also suggest leaving a jar of oil in the kitchen - does not cost much, but it's helpful for guests who cannot take liquids on airplanes, and otherwise have to buy a liter of oil in a shop, and never use it during short stays.

Soacious, clean apartment with free private parking just a short tram ride to Florence.

Amazing apartment. Super clean and well appointed. Dario was extremely helpful, suggesting restaurants nearby and in Firenze. The tram stop is convenient and a great way to avoid traffic and parking hassles in the city. There is private parking plus plenty of free parking on the street. Very safe area. Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean accommodation

Clean and comfortable appartment in a convenient location for visiting Florence, we parked our car in a secured place provided by Dario and took the tram T1 for the city, it's about 5 min. walking distance to the tram station. We would book with Dario again without any hesitation, thank you Dario!

Great value

Dario met us at the property and was very responsive when I corresponded with him from the road to let him know of traffic delays. The location was just off the highway and within a kilometer of several bakeries for breakfast the next morning and a gas station. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, so everyone was comfortable, and I appreciated that each set of towels was set out and color coded so each family member could easily keep track of their own.

We had a bit of a language barrier initially but worked through it.

Worth giving a try (for the value) even if you need to take the tram to the city center

The host welcomed me earlier than the usual check-in, provided me with maps and also a explanatory guidance on how to get access to the tram (to city center). He also left many treats in the apartment, for the guests, coffee, Nutella (but I have not taken any!) and also a couple of bottles of fresh mineral water in the fridge. Thumbs up! The bed was so good... Working air-conditioning to fight the hot weather. The area has a supermarket you can reach by walk, as well as the nearest tram stop (toward) city center. The location is a suburb of Florence. Very close the Via Constanza bus station. Recommended!

The neighbours upstairs were a bit noisy at times for my taste, but nothing extremely annoying...

Dario is a great host, he was there to meet us when we arrive and showed us around the place. Very responsive to all our questions and there were titbits, drinking water and even a bottle of wine in the fridge, for free! Dedicated parking space quiet and friendly neighbourhood, supermarket just minutes drive away 5 min walk to the tram station which brings us to Florence city center

Très bel appartement

Dario est un hôte accueillant et d'une grande prévenance. Un petit livret explicatif sur l'usage du tramway (nécessaire pour atteindre le centre ville et éviter de prendre sa voiture) est laissé à l'attention des voyageurs dans l'appartement. De même, Dario avait pris soin de nous donner plusieurs adresses de commerces et restaurants pour faciliter notre séjour. L'appartement est très propre, lumineux et très bien équipé, ce qui est assez rare dans les locations que nous avons eu l'habitude d'occuper. Comme dit plus haut, le tramway permet un accès aisé au centre ville (une dizaine de stations) pour des visites sereines et sans souci de stationnement, puisque la voiture peut facilement être laissée gratuitement dans la rue où le stationnement est plutôt aisé. Merci encore Dario pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Le seul tout petit point noir à souligner serait l'insonorisation de l'immeuble qui est assez mauvaise. Mais rien de très gênant.
