Good location close to tram for central Florence

Great location 5 mins walk to the tram which takes you into the Centre of Florence in about 20 minutes. Secure parking for our car. Dario was easy to communicate with & kindly worked with us for an early arrival. The apartment was spacious & spotless. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again if returning to Florence. Thanks Dario!

Wonderful Apartment Stay – Felt Like a Home Away from Home!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described and even better! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials and little touches that made it really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals during my stay. The location was very convenient — close to public transportation and shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Looking forward to booking again on my next visit!

One thing to note is that the check-in time is limited to 4 PM to 8 PM. If you plan to arrive later than that, there is an additional fee for late check-in. While this was clearly communicated ahead of time, it’s something to keep in mind when planning your arrival.

A quiet and comfortable accommodation with good transport connections outside Florence.

The flat is very nice, spacious and very bright :-) and looks like recently renovated. All windows were fitted with mosquito nets. If you don't like to stay in the crowded city centre of Florence or want avoid to search for parking: this is your accommodation. The tram is close to the flat (a short walk), also supermarkets and restaurants, bakery shop are in the neighbourhood. It is a quiet neighbourhood and parking is included.

Indirect light would make the living spaces even cosier; but that is already asking a lot.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Dario’ s House and I strongly recommended it.

The apartment was very clean with all the amenities. Dario was very helpful and gave us suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The property is close to supermarket and public transportation to city Center.

Beautiful clean apartment about 20 minutes from Florence

The location was okay, it was close to the Tran that got you into Florence in about 20 minutes, but it was worth a little commute into the center of Florence, Dario's house 2 a two bedroom apartment was beautiful ,clean ,all the amenities everything top-notched and working perfectly....

Exceptional

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The apartment is newly refurbished, very clean with all you need for a couple of days break with a family or friends. There is a gated parking place, but you can also park on a street in the area. Great location in a very quiet area walking distance to a tram stop which will take you straight to the centre. Top floor and two terraces gives you a very nice view and makes the apartment very bright.

This apartment was really beautiful. The interior was completly new and well appointed. The holy apartment was really clean. To Firenze City you have to take the bus or train it it isn't far away from the city. The contact with the owner was really easy. Thumbs up!

Lovely place to stay.

Very kind host Dario, helped us with tips for restaurants. We stayed just the night, wish we had stayed longer for sightseeing and visit a museum. Next time, ... I will keep this one on my favourite list. Very tidy and clean accomodation.

Piso cómodo y bien comunicado fuera del centro de Florencia.

El anfitrión siempre fue muy atento a las preguntas que le hacíamos. La zona residencial es tranquila, con equipamientos cercanos, tanto de supermercado como de restauración. El tranvía te acerca al centro en 20 minutos, es cómodo y con una buena frecuencia. Pudimos cejar el coche en una plaza de aparcamiento al aire libre cerca del piso.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles was heel erg netjes. Appartement is in een rustige woonwijk. 7 min. lopen naar tram en met 40 min ben je in hartje Florence.

A 20 minutes du centre de Florence en tram.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très grand et décoré avec goût. Dario à été très communicant et rapide. Les conseils de Dario nous ont permis de profiter du tram à proximité pour nous rendre au centre ville de Florence. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement

Malheureusement notre voiture a été "visitée" pendant notre absence. Mais bien sûr Dario n'y est pour rien. C'est le cas de nombreuses villes touristiques.
