Perfect for a short break in Florence

Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment with easy access by tram to the centre. Good supermarket nearby to stock up and cook in apartment.

Very clean and good apartment. Chiara was very nice and d see he got us what we needed, close to the bus and tram station. And there is a big shopping center close by

The T1 tram is under construction at the train station, so had to walk a bit to figure out how to get to the property on the first day. Not a terribly long walk from the tram to the property.

Lovely stay

Lovely apartment. Nice and clean and bright. Good location, with easy access to the tram to Florence town centre. Near a big supermarket which was useful! Felt like a safe area to be in. Nice and quiet area too. Helpful and responsive host 😊

Shower tray fills up really quickly, so the drain could do with some maintenance. This was the only negative for us though!

Great find.

This is a newly renovated property so it's of a high standard. It is a 10 minute walk to the tram stop past a large shopping centre. 15 minutes on the tram and you are in the centre of Florence

Très bon séjour chez Chiara

Petit immeuble très sécurisé dans une rue calme. Appartement de 3 pièces (salon/cuisine, chambre et salle de bain/wc) sans charme particulier mais propre, de grands miroirs dans la chambre (pour les filles coquettes !), une cuisine fonctionnelle sans lave-vaisselle mais avec four, frigo avec petit congélateur. Chiara est très gentille, très réactive pour répondre nos questions, et empressée à trouver une solution efficace. Le tram Nenni Torregalli est à 10mn à pied, et à 20mn du centre ville, et juste à côté d'un grand magasin Coop.fi ouvert jusque 21h30 et très correct en prix. Donc possibilité de faire quelques achats en rentrant de balade, sans devoir faire de détour

Le petit défaut de cet appartement est sans doute les WC dans la salle de bain. Mais Chiara ne peut pas faire grand chose pour changer ça, et ce n'est pas très grave non plus. Et aussi un matelas un peu fatigué qu'il faudrait changer bientôt...

Des jolies vacances en amoureux, dans une jolie ville, et pleins de découvertes.

Bien situé, pas loin du tramway et des bus (le tram vous emmène en 10-15mn au centre de Florence), assez proche d'un centre commercial et d'une bonne pizzéria. Très calme et donc reposant ; sécurisant, à notre arrivée logement propre, bien agencé et décoré. Petite attention particulière : la bouteille d'eau dans le frigo ; vu la météo ce n'était pas de trop.

Ne pas pouvoir rencontrer l'hôte, tout s'est fait par internet ou whatsapp ; même si tout s'est déroulé à merveille ça reste dommage.

Esta hospedagem para nós realmente foi um achado, a anfitriã é incrível, educada, simpática, nos ajudou muito antes de chegarmos, durante nossa estadia indicou opções de lugares para conhecer e restaurantes, e atendeu prontamente todas as nossas necessidades durante o período. Sobre o apartamento, extremamente amplo, arejado, limpo, tudo novo, possui ar condicionado e sistema de aquecimento na sala e no quarto, o que garante aquecimento e/ou resfriamento em todo imóvel. Banheiro amplo, ducha e telefono disponível, além de aquecedor de toalhas (o que foi muito útil para nós), a sala é integrada a cozinha, possui smart TV, boa conexão com wi fi, fogão por indução, figrobar, máquina de café, talheres, pratos, copos e taças. Há um sistema de separação de lixo muito útil e funcional, o que considero um destaque considerando a importância da sustentabilidade nos dias atuais. Agradecemos por tudo e até a próxima (as fotos de nossa avaliação foram feitas ao sairmos da hospedagem).

Não houve nada no qual não tenhamos gostado, tudo perfeito. A caminhada com malas poder ser um desafio para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, pois em termos de transporte público a única opção disponível próximo a acomodação é a de Tram Nenni Torregalli (T1), uma opção nesta situação específica seria utilizar carro ou táxi - para nós, essa pequena caminhada foi fácil e nada incômoda.
