About this house rental
My home is in a residential complex, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for couples and families. For those who wish to know Florence and establish a good base for visiting Tuscany, such cities as Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra ...
The house entrance is independent and exclusive. Particularly safe for those who have children who will be able to take advantage of the courtyard, just a few meters away, in the pedestrian area.
The house has its own courtyard which leads to the floor where there is a large lounge / living room with a portable air conditioner, then the kitchen, and a nice small bathroom; on the first floor two bedrooms (double and twin provided whit fans) and a bathroom with shower.
If you need baby cot, highchair, changing table for children are available on request (free of charge).
In the house, nothing is left (television, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher ...), but for any need, I have to give you some advice.

For those who like how there is ample availability of free parking stalls.
Close to the house, they are within easy walking distance: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarket and all the services you may need.

The center of Florence is conveniently accessible. For those who will use the car takes about 20 minutes. For those who want to make use of public transport, bus and tram, about 30 minutes. In the night (after 09:40 pm) 20 minutes by tram plus about 13 minutes on foot.
