BEDROOM LAYOUT AND LIVING AREA
For a restful stay, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a closet for your clothes.
The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV area
and a spacious table for lunch and dinner.
Please note that for reservations for up to 4 people, use of the sofa bed must be requested in advance and incurs a small additional fee.
Upon your arrival, we’ll provide fresh sheets and soft towels.

If you love to cook, you’ll have access to a modern, functional kitchen equipped with everything you need. You’ll find pots and pans, dishes, a spacious refrigerator, a conventional oven and a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the indispensable coffee maker to start your day off right.
THE BATHROOMS
The apartment has two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and all the essentials, including body wash and shampoo.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION
Located in the Novoli neighborhood and just 200 meters from the tram stop, it’s ideal for getting around! The T2 line will take you to Santa Maria Novella Station and the city center in just 10 minutes, and to the airport in 7 minutes.
CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE
The accommodation undergoes a thorough and meticulous cleaning after every checkout, with special attention to every detail and high-touch surfaces. Door handles, light switches, and remote controls are regularly sanitized.
Bedding and towels are always replaced to ensure a fresh and well-maintained environment.
PARKING
Parking is available on the street in the blue parking spaces for an hourly fee. The daily rate is 12 euros, excluding holidays. This is not a building-owned parking lot, so availability is subject to space.
Alternatively, we can direct you to a covered parking garage 600 meters away.
AIR CONDITIONING
The use of air conditioners is guaranteed without restrictions during hot weather but may be restricted during the winter: thermal comfort will be ensured by the central heating system.
The ceiling-mounted heating system distributes heat evenly throughout the apartment and operates on a preset schedule, in compliance with current regulations.
SMALL TERRACE
There is a small terrace adjacent to the kitchen.
