It should be improved

- The sofa and the bed were big enough. - The neighbourhood was quite and safe, but nearby an abandoned building and it might look creepy - The WI-FI was strong enough to watch movies, shows for three people at the same time and using different devices - They have two ACs, it is very helpful, when it is hot outside in Florence - The train station is 10 minutes awa by foot - There is a mall nearby, but on Sundays it works till 13:30 - The host is nice and friendly. She does not speak English but she uses tranlsator.

- THE big problem: mosquitos! We saw that the walls had red or black spots or prints from shoes. We think many people tried to kill them and had the same problem as us. These mosquitoes bited us the whole night. -It is moldy in the corners of the bedroom, bathroom. It was not healthy and comfortable to sleep there! - it was not so clean. The blankets had brown stains (photos attached) - the kitchen facilities were old (cutting board, teapot, no coffee machine) - the washing machine was also old and did not wash so good -the iron did not have an adaptor to fit in the socket - the pet is allowed, but no pet bed or pet bowls, pet bags were offered. Keep this in mind and bring yours.

Apartment needs to be deep clean

Location was close to bus stop

We stay at this place from September 27 to the 29th. Just was nice and let us enter the apartment around 2pm but as soon as we enter the apartment we notice a bad odor. The apartment smelled like urine. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly. Tablecloth and kitchen towels were dirty also towels smell very bad. Bathroom was dirty as it was never cleaned at all and shower got clogged every time we took a shower. Walls were stain with mosquito’s blood everywhere. The smell in the apartment was very bad and if you open the windows mosquitos kill you at night.

Nice stay if you like to explore the city but also enjoy quiet suburbs.

The host was very nice and courteous, if we needed anything, he was happy to bring it. The place has everything we needed. Calm surroundings, outside of city center, close the bus and tram stations.

Some of the dishes weren't properly cleaned when we arrived, some surfaces were also quite dusty.

I recommend the place to stay

The location is not the best but pretty good because there is direct connection to the city (bus and tram options). The air conditioner in every room was perfect and saved our lives. There was superb coffee pot with coffee available and it was really nice touch 🙂 All the facilities were in place. And if to judge the price and quality, it is really fair and worth!

Appartamento rinnovato recentemente, peccato per le condizioni dello stabile esternamente. Parcheggio ottimo e gratuito, posizione vicinissima a servizi come Coop e Tramvia.

Purtroppo all'arrivo e probabilmente causa prima apertura stagionale gli scarichi emanavano un pessimo odore.

Super kontakt, bardzo pomocna pani Graze, dobre wyposażenie, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.

Niezbyt czysto, nieprzyjemne zapachy z wentylacji, pościel powinna być biała, ta którą jest nie daje poczucia świeżości.

Vies, smerig, eigenaar gebruikt het echt als een geldkoe.

We zaten relatief dicht bij de tram 10 min lopen

Voor de rest alles. Het appartement was erg vies. Dik laag stof op het rekje met kookgerei. Kastjes waren vies stofzuiger te smerig aan te raken. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Oven was te vies om in te kijken laat staan om te gebruiken. Pannen zaten nog etensresten in moest eerst goed schoonmaken. Bedden kraakte als een gek als je je ook maar even omdraaide. Airco in de woonkamer lekte als een gek en dat was echt niet sinds gister als je sporen op de muur zag. Diepvries is in 10 jaar niet ontdooid geweest als je erin keek dacht je even op de noordpool beland te zijn. Schone handdoeken hadden gewoon een rooklucht. De eigenaar kwam aan met een sigaret op de lip en bleef maar door roken in het bijzijn van onze kinderen. Eigenaar spreekt geen woord Engels en doet alles via translate. Eigenaar gebruikt dit letterlijk en figuurlijk als geldkoe en doet er voor de rest helemaal niks aan. Kan helaas maar 4 plaatsen.

Muy bien

El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, está todo reformado. La dueña es muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que surjan. Situado a 10 minutos andando a la parada de tranvía y de un centro comercial. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.

Lo que menos me gustó es que es un tercer piso sin ascensor.

Appartement pratique et fonctionnel, Grazie a été très serviable et gentille, elle a même réservée un restaurant pour nous car nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir. Je recommande vivement ce lieu, proche du centre, du tramway et d'un centre commercial

Prima appartement op goede afstand van stadscentrum

Mooi appartement, netjes, vanballe gemakken voorzien. Aardige host die zeer snel reageerde en sleuteloverdracht met uitleg was prima verzorgd.

Hygiene, er was niet echt goed schoon gemaakt.

Gli host sono stati molto disponibili ed accoglienti fin dal primo momento. Hanno risposto gentilmente ed in modo attivo alle nostre necessità, garantendo anche facilità nel farsi reperire telefonicamente. La posizione è lontana dal centro, in una zona molto tranquilla e piena di verde, ma vicinissima alla fermata del tram (comodissima per arrivare ovunque) e ad un centro commerciale. La camera ha un arredamento moderno e fresco, non lasciatevi spaventare dall'esterno del palazzo.

O apartamento é um nojo de tão sujo e desleixo. É na verdade um apartamento dividido em 2. Chegamos ao sítio após o horário acordado, e a senhora ainda estava a preparar o apartamento. Abaixo está a listagem do que mais nos incomodou: - O freezer continha cabelos e bichos mortos - O forno estava demasiado sujo - As loiças tinham que ser todas lavadas antes do uso - As roupas de cama fediam suor e aparentemente não foram trocadas - As toalhas fediam cigarro e deixavam um odor horrível no corpo após o banho - O apartamento necessita de veneno para pernilongos. É impossível dormir no local com os ruídos e sem ser picados por estes bichos - Chão imundo e casa de banho imundos Péssima experiência, não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo.
