It was absolutely fantastic. Located just a 30-minute tram ride from Florence, this spacious, beautiful property is available at a very reasonable price. We arrived on a flight that landed late at night and were carrying a large bicycle box, so Andrea actually came to pick us up—we are truly grateful for that. The accommodation lacked nothing; both bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning units that vented through the windows. We also appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail regarding supplies, ranging from cutlery and cooking utensils to extras like dishwasher detergent and spare trash bags. It is completely different from the Italy of the past—for instance, you can always get a hot shower. We happened to visit during *Ferragosto* (a major Italian holiday period), so many local shops were closed, but the area has everything necessary for daily life. While first-time visitors to Italy might prefer staying in the center of Florence, I highly recommend this place if you are visiting for the second time or later and want to experience the authentic, everyday lifestyle of the locals.

Struttura molto ben tenuta e accogliente, ideale se si vuole visitare Firenze senza essere nel caos del centro città! Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dall'appartamento e linea del tram T1 a pochi minuti a piedi. Al nostro arrivo l'host Andrea é stato gentilissimo nel darci tutte le informazioni necessarie per godere al meglio il soggiorno, inoltre ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo ed omaggiato con una bottiglia di vino rosso! Ci é stata anche fornita gratuitamente una culla per la bambina.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Die Straßenbahn ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt einen in etwa 30 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Florenz. Dadurch konnten wir die Stadt ganz entspannt erkunden, ohne uns um Verkehr oder Parkplätze kümmern zu müssen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Andrea met us for check-in and he was very friendly; easy check-in / checkout. Parking available near the building. The apartment is absolutely amazing and has everything you need for a few days / a week.

The internet was weak for online meetings, otherwise it worked ok for browsing.
