This was a great place to stay.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed and was well located. Scandicci is a very pleasant area with a nice community feel. Access into Florence using the tram is easy. We appreciated the bottle of wine, Andrea but couldn’t locate wine glasses- not a problem.

There was nothing we did not like.

No air condition but the owner prepared the electric fan.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Notre hôte Andrea est très disponible et attentif, il met tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Le meilleur logement que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent en Italie. L’appartement est très confortable, on s’y sent comme à la maison, tout y est, même les places de parking gratuites dans la rue sont un atout. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir sans hésiter. Superconsigliato, pulitissimo e posizione ottima!

Andrea l'host è stato gentilissimo siamo arrivati un'ora prima dell'orario previsto e ci ha anticipato il check in, appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente, completo di tutto. Ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino rosso e nel frigo abbiamo trovato una bella bottiglia di acqua fresca che dopo 4 ore di viaggio ci voleva proprio! Posizione centrale molto comoda, siamo andati per un concerto alla visarno arena e per fortuna l'appartamento è a 4 chilometri e mezzo perché la sera finito il concerto non c'erano taxi disponibili e siamo arrivati tranquillamente a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente per altre occasioni, superconsigliato!

Consiglio solo di aggiungere sale, zucchero ed olio, una macchinetta del caffè in capsule o far trovare del caffè per moka, perché c'era la moka ma ci siamo dimenticati il caffè, c'è di buono che ci sono i bar vicino e anche la coop

Estancia cómoda con excelente atención del anfitrión

Nos alojamos en el apartamento y fue una experiencia excelente. Andrea, el propietario, nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos explicó todo con detalle y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier duda. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, era muy espacioso y cómodo, ideal para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y repetiríamos.

Como único detalle a mejorar, notamos que el agua caliente parecía algo limitada, aunque en nuestro caso solo uno de los dos lo notó. Por lo demás, todo estuvo genial y sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

Отличные апартаменты. Чистые. Просторные. Две спальни и гостиная. Большая кухня. Хороший хозяин. Бутылочка вина в качестве подарка очень порадовала. За эти деньги во Флоренции вы ничего подобного не найдете! Рядом трамвайная остановка. Трамваи ходят четко по расписанию каждые 5-7 минут. В двух остановках на трамвае автобусная станция. До центра Флоренции 20-25 минут на трамвае. В районе много магазинов, супермаркетов, есть хорошие кафе и пиццерии.

Единственный минус - немного далековато от центра Флоренции. Но как я писал есть трамваи. За эти деньги просто шикарные апартаменты. Ближе к Флоренции за эти деньги вы снимете намного хуже жилье. Или жилье будет с общей ванной комнатой.
