A real gem in the heart of Florence you will never forget

The apartment is a gem in the middle of historical Florence. It locations is perfect - max 10 min walk to any point of interest. For the duration of your stay, you feel like a local with few extra amenities. The apartment is large and has everything you need to feel comfortable. There multiple restaurants close by to choose for lunch or dinner. The terrace is nice to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The host is very gracious and he went above and beyond to help me.

Wonderful stay for a family visiting Florence by car.

Chiara, the property manager, was lovely and responsive. We stayed in late April and it was quite warm outside. Chiara allowed us to use the air conditioners and it made the stay a 10/10. There were parks nearby for our 2 year old and we were able to get groceries easily. We are traveling through Italy by car. If you don’t mind being a 20 - 30 minute drive away from parking for the city center, it is a great find! We loved our stay. Oh and the pizza place nearby makes it even better!

This was absolutely not anything the property owner could be responsible for but one of the nights of our stay there were some loud drunks in the plaza with a bullhorn and a squeaky clown horn that they amused themselves with. Just unfortunate timing I’m sure. That was the only night we experienced a disturbance. It was annoying but slightly amusing to be honest.

Parkingas. Tikrai sunku rasti aplinkui laisva parkavimo vieta. Teko pasistatyti zymiai atokiau nuo buto.

Recomand, in special pentru familii, dotat cu tot ce trebuie, acces facil.

Conditii bune de cazare, bine dotata cu tot ce trebuie.

Cam departe de centrul orasului, cca 20 minute cu masina.

Cist, konforan, udoban, smestaj za preporuku!

Apartman ima sve sto vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Posebno vazno, posle dugih setnji i obilaska grada, su udobni kreveti na kojima se odmorite i sitra ste spremni za novu turu😊 Bili smo autom i nismo imali problem parkiranja ispred zgrade.

Apartamento con muchas cosas que arreglar.

Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo. Luminoso. Se puede aparcar en la calle cerca, pero hay que tener cuidado con el coche porque los lunes y los miércoles por la mañana no se puede aparcar en ambas plazas de abajo.

El aire acondicionado del salón encendía pero no arrancaba. El aire acondicionado de la cocina si encendía y arrancaba pero a las pocas horas dejaba de enfriar. Pasamos muchísima calor. Muchas bombillas fundidas (cocina, despensa, salón...), de noche en la cocina apenas te veías. La cisterna del WC se quedaba enganchada cada vez, con el ruido del agua corriendo y no era fácil desengancharla. No se puede utilizar el ascensor y tienes que cargar las maletas por las escaleras a un primer piso.

Hangulatos lakás, két kisgyerekkel kényelmes. Könnyen található parkolóhely. Firenze belvárosa egyszerűen megközelíthető a T1 villamossal.

Gyakorlatilag egy légtér a nappali és a két hálószoba. Az utca zaja eléggé behallatszik este.
