A nice option away from the haste of central Florence

The apartment was spacious, comfy beds and pillows and quiet location - 40 minutes away from central Florence by public transport.

Lacking communication with the host who did not answer any of the questions asked and did not answer the phone calls on the number announced on the reservation. No air con and no mosquito protection on the windows, so guests are sentenced to unpleasant mosquito bites in warm season …

Lovely Location with Potential — Just Needs a Few Fixes

Great location — there’s a T1 tram stop nearby with frequent service to the city center (about a 25-minute ride). The house is tucked into a cozy garden, the gate is locked, and there’s a private parking spot right under the window (it was a tight fit for our Tiguan, but a smaller car would be just fine). In the neighboring yard there’s a golden retriever🥰. The neighborhood is quiet and very green, with a supermarket not far away and a great ramen spot just around the corner. It’s also really convenient for heading south toward Siena — the Tuscan hills basically start a block away.

The apartment itself is nice but not perfect. We had to take apart all the remotes to replace a leaking battery just to get the fan to work — a bit odd that the owner hadn’t noticed. There isn’t a single usable frying pan (there are two, technically, but they’re unusable), and no cutting board at all — we had to cut bread and salad on whatever was available. The kettle is tiny and full of limescale, and the coffee machine works weirdly and makes terrible coffee. Other than that, everything was fine — the beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s plenty of space for clothes, and the bathroom even has a balcony overlooking the garden. Hopefully the host will get the missing kitchen basics — then this place would be nearly perfect. Thanks! There are pans in the photo — I hope we were the last guests who saw them.

My family and I had a great time.

It was very clean and the host provided blankets, towels, shower caps, soap, etc. It was close to the center but not too close where if it was a busy night you could hear everything. Will definitely try to book this place again if available next time we visit Florence.

Host not very responsive, needs a little modernisation.

The proximity to the airport is great and there is private onsite parking in a courtyard so your car is safe.

Host communication is a little lacking, check in time is stated as 2pm but when i contacted the host to ask if we could drop our bags a little earlier he said 'it would be a problem as the property wouldn't be ready til 4pm'. As this was a work trip it was important we could check in from 2pm, which i said and then i received no answer for serval hours, I even text and asked them to let me ASAP so i could make alternative arrangements, later that evening I got an answer it would be ok to check in from 2pm. I arrived and found only one of the rooms set up for guests, despite two travellers, the host could have checked with me how many rooms were needed, again I wrote.... but no answer. The next day I used the iron to find the power kept tripping so we had to go up and down the stars 4 times to the mains board before giving up. Decor is a little dated and overall just needs a bit of modernisation.

Posto tranquillo e vicinissimo a casa dei nostri amici residenti a Scandicci ....parcheggio interno ottimo

Purtroppo il wi fi non funzionava, nemmeno quello portatile messo a disposizione come alternativa. Essendo una locazione carina ma un po antiquata il prezzo potrebbe essere più basso

Soggiorno Fiorentino per la Biennale.

La struttura è assolutamente perfetta, parcheggio privato ampio salone/cucina, camere comode e ampie, bagno comodo anche se la doccia è nella vasca da bagno. Cucina ben fornita. Visitare Firenze è facilissimo, la tranvia è a 700mt dalla casa. Animali ammessi. Consigliato.

La manutenzione di alcuni pezzi della cucina e del bagno da fare.

Proprietar foarte amabil, am preluat foarte usor cheile la sosire, chiar ne-a lasat sa ne cazam mai repede decat ora de check-in. Apartament curat. Parcare in curte, ceea ce reprezinta un avantaj in zona. Locatia putin departe de centrul Florentei, la aproximativ 35-40 de minute de mers cu trenul/autobuzul.

Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato e molto pulito. Dotato di tutti i comfort. In zona tranquilla. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla fermata del T1 che porta a Firenze.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma siamo stati molto bene e la consiglierei

Pulita, ordinata, completa di tutto, dagli elettrodomestici alla biancheria ai prodotti per l’igiene davvero non mancava nulla. Ottima la posizione, vicina alla fermata del tram De Andrè che porta al centro di Firenze in 20 minuti. Parcheggio interno.

Un bello lugar para hospedarse

El vecindario increíble, muy limpio y ordenado. Nos gustó mucho. Pedimos dejar nuestras maletas temprano y nos lo permitieron.

Lo único que no estuvo perfecto fue la comunicación con el anfitrión, fue un poco difícil.

Posizione perfetta x raggiungere il parcheggio e prendere il tram x Firenze

Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione al comfort fino ad arrivare alla pulizia della casa... Avrei gradito solamente un host più attivo e presente nel rispondere agli ospiti, magari avrò beccato la giornata in cui era impegnatissimo... Cmq ottima situazione, ci tornerei e consiglierò....
