A nice stay, would recommend it to anyone

Cosy flat, clean house, perfect location, nice host!

The property is spacious and roomy for up to 4 people. The flat was spotless. It must have been recently refurbished too as it looked quite fresh. Position is excellent, near the tramvia, only 25 mins away from Firenze, and the main pedestrian street of Scandicci. The host was nice, very professional, and extremely helpful with our requests. Highly recommended.

Great spacious and modern apartment

Really spacious apartment, nicely renovated and clean. Perfect location if you travel by car. there is a free parking nearby. Takes 20 minutes to go to main attraction in Florence by tram.

Kitchen could have a bit more utensils. Would be nice to add some cooking essentials, like cooking oil or cooking spices.

Lovely flat well located close to free parking and tram service to Florence

Very nice and spacious flat, well located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Scandicci, above shops. The flat is 1 minute from the tram line that goes to centre of Florence (every 5 minutes and 12-13 stops/20 minutes ride). There is a free parking lot a 100 meters from the flat, which was very convenient for us to leave the car there for the whole stay.

The place was clean, beautiful, and in a great location.

The hosts were wonderful and kind. There were three of us staying here, and this place was very spacious! A short walk from the train station is always a plus! There's also plenty of places to eat within walking distance, including an amazing gelato place right next to a poke place. (which was also good).

Appartement bien équipé, confortable et très bien placé

L'emplacement très proche de l'arrêt du tramway pour se rendre à Florence. Le confort de l'appartement. La décoration moderne. Les équipements. La facilité de se garer et gratuitement.

Le manque d'insonorisation de l'immeuble : cloisons très fines entre les appartements (heureusement les voisins sont peu bruyants mais on entendait leurs réveils et discussions quand tout était calme). Un plus serait plusieurs verres à vin (il n'y en avait qu'un).

Alles war perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, komfortabel und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr pünktlich und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar – wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Vielen Dank!

Super séjour à Florence dans cet appartement

Super appartement: très grand, très bien équipé! 100% confort avec une très bonne literie, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer quelques jours. L'appartement est à quelques mètres de la station de tramway qui permet d'arriver directement à Florence après 15mn de transport. Facilité de se garer gratuitement. La zone de L'appartement est très vivante le soir avec de bons restaurants et de bons glaciers, et une ambiance de village La ville de Scandicci est très agréable. Séjour parfait pour nous. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très gentils et très agréables.

Herşey çok güzeldi, ev sahibleri çok cana yakın, ilgili ve yardımseverdi, ev tertemiz gayet konforluydu. Konum olarak ulaşımı çok rahatdı, evde her olanak mevcuttu. Çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

Superbe appartement situé près du tramway, je recommande à 100%

Superbe appartement situé à l'extérieur de Florence mais à 2 min à pied du tramway permettant d'accéder au centre historique de Florence. Tout était parfait, la communication avec Marie a été très facile, elle nous a très bien accueilli dans son appartement. Plusieurs parkings gratuits sont disponibles tout près de l'immeuble. Je recommande à 100%!

In posizione davvero strategica (vicinissima alla tramvia) e collocata in una palazzina signorile nel centro di Scandicci; ristrutturata di recente, la casa è molto spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. I letti sono comodi. Cucina e bagno nuovissimi ed arredati con gusto. La proprietaria è risultata molto disponibile, gentile ed educata. La struttura sarà un nostro riferimento per un ritorno a Firenze nel futuro prossimo. La raccomando molto volentieri.
